    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Our A/C went out on a Friday. They couldn't get anyone out until Monday, who was able to fix things by replacing a fuse. Then the system broke again a day and a half later, and they ghosted me. They kept giving me the runaround, with the receptionist pretending to feel sympathy for us going a week and a half without a/c during a heat wave, and promising ******* would call back soon. Except he never does.Eventually, he kept me waiting around the entire day Friday (this is the 2nd Friday without a/c), only to just call that night and say he didn't need to come look at it because he knew what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the home warranty company still has to approve the replacement, and he never bothered submitting the documents to move forward. Which he could have done on Wednesday night, rather than wait until the weekend, when their approval department is closed.Basically, these guys jerked me around for an entire week, only to do nothing. We had to give up on them and find a new company to provide emergency service, as another heat wave is coming, and we still do not have a/c.0/10. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend.

    *******, the owner of the company allows his dogs to run loose despite repeated warnings from ****************************. He has a large, unfixed male pitbull who has repeatedly charged myself, my wife and our dogs on my property while barking. Today his dog attacked my boxer-pit mix and bit her in the face. He also hires intoxicated, disorganized and unprofessional laborers that show up at random hours and play loud music.
