    This is where Deep Sentinel has left our company.After exhausting every reasonable avenue for support, we have no choice but to begin publicly documenting our experience. A full, detailed review outlining the failures, misleading claims, and the emotional and operational damage caused by this system will be posted here in the coming days.If youre considering Deep Sentinel for the protection of your business, your home, or your family please read the recent reviews. Your security, your peace of mind, and everything youve worked hard to build depend on making the right choice. Do not make the mistake we did.This company is not just a disappointment its a danger to those relying on it. The gap between what they sell and what they deliver is staggering. As business owners, as protectors of our teams and families, we urge you: look elsewhere before its too ********** Demand for Immediate On-Site Technical Resolution or Full Refund Legal Action and Public Review Campaign Imminent To Whom It May Concern,This is your final opportunity to resolve the ongoing and well-documented failures of your system before we proceed with formal legal action and an aggressive public campaign to expose your companys negligence and false advertising practices.We have now experienced repeated equipment failures, technical outages, and an absolute lack of responsive support from Deep Sentinel including being met with voicemail and unreturned calls even during critical operational hours. We have documented these failures extensively, including the moments where your system falsely stated guards on duty while we conducted real-time live testing that proved otherwise. Your system failed to detect or respond to blatant threats, even while we recorded the failures and remained on the phone with your own staff, who had no answers and could not verify how long we had gone without actual monitoring.Please stay away. They lie constantly.

This includes multiple phone calls, follow-up emails, proactive outreach, and free next-day shipping for replacement equipment. Youve also received direct assistance from both a Senior Technical Manager and our Director of *************.Many of the technical challenges youve experienced appear to be related to *** installation steps that are part of our certified Partner Installer process. While you chose to self-install, we highly recommend using a certified installer, as they follow proceduressuch as weatherproofing connectionsto help prevent issues like water damage.Its important to clarify that:Deep Sentinel has not been acquired by another company and remains independently owned.Our guards monitor footage 24/7, and our internal logs confirm video footage being escalated to our guards for review.While our guards operate around the clock, our ************* team (which provides technical support) is available during the following hours:Monday - Friday: 6am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 8:30am - 5pm Additionally, we do offer after-hours chatbot assistance and a comprehensive online Knowledge Base at ********************************************** take all customer feedback seriously and always strive to deliver both exceptional service and clear communication.     I am undoing a complaint that I had against this company. I actually did receive the product and it was in good shape . The reason I had made a complaint here was a mistake. I had thought the delivery date was earlier than it was. When it did not arrive I also got no information from ****** I mistakenly thought that this company had not fulfilled their promise in sending me their products. I would highly recommend this company.

    What a horrible company. I had a terrible experience. We bought a camera system which was delivered to us. After trying to set it up with no luck, We gave troubleshooting a try. I was on hold for 20 mins and did troubleshooting with customer support for 30 mins. They declare the system defective. And we set up a return. After 2 weeks still no return label. They wouldn't answer my phone calls. They wouldn't respond to email. Finally after calling on a different phone number, they sent me a return label. That return label was addressed to me. So ***** shipped it back to my house. After another few days of trying to get the correct label. I told customer support that they were stalling so that they didn't have to give me back my refund. Then they proceeded to send me another label. 6 weeks later no refund. I contacted them and they told me they didn't know why a refund wasn't processed. Then they wanted to talk to their higher-*** and get back to me at another time. I told them that I was going to file a fraud claim with my bank. That is what I did. They still have not issued a refund. Chase Bank had to step in and refund me.

    Im sorry for the frustration you experienced and that our system didnt work out for you. Id like to clear up any confusion regarding the refund. We processed your refund of $580.75 on May 24th, 2024, to your ***** The funds were released on that day, and it may have taken up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your banks processing time. From my experience as a ********** customer, they are typically quick in crediting the amount back into your account.


    Regarding the delay on the 24th, the team was obtaining the necessary approval from a supervisor to process the refund as it was outside the 30-day trial period. The agent offered to call you back once the approval was obtained. This offer was declined, and then you stated you would  proceed with a fraud dispute and write a BBB review instead.
