    Very negative experience with the ************* I honestly dont understand how they are connected with **********, given the lack of professionalism and ************** a new customer referred through *********** marketing, the experience turned out to be both very expensive and disappointing. Their dispatch team failedtwicewasting my time and creating unnecessary costs across the board.Their technicians acted more like salespeople, pushing their club membership subscription for ongoing revenue, rather than focusing on the basic principles of home services. While the concept might make sense, the execution and people behind it fell far short.Before writing this review, I even called their customer service again, explained my concerns, and was told I needed to email another team just to have my review approved. During that call, the representative (******) grew impatient while I was confirming the email spelling, until a floor manager had to step in. Yet againa total waste of valuable time and an even costlier experience as a customer.Conclusion: I will not trust this company again after a three-strike experience. If they believe they are too big to fail, time will tell. Perhaps the **** industry is in such high demand that even poor management can profitbut that does not excuse their lack of professionalism or customer care.

    Not sure if this company gets paid with number of loans they acquire. I rate this as a very negative experience! I'm not surprised that Jazz Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Company is NOT BBB Accredited!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.I was talked to apply for a loan and in return I was promised a $1000.00 as part of the promotional rebate. This happened back in Oct 2024. It's been ongoing issue, which is now been unresolved for approximately 5 months despite my efforts including sending a formal demand letter to TWO of their executive officers, I have not received any substantive response. I called multiple times and spoke to their staff just to receive run-around and empty promises. To qualify for the rebate, I opted to finance the installation rather than pay in cash. Per the terms outlined, I expected to receive the $1,000 **** card within 68 weeks. However, despite numerous follow-ups, I was informed in late December 2024 that the rebate had not been submitted.On January 10, 2025, I contacted the company again and spoke to a staff, who assisted in submitting the rebate request. I was then advised to wait another 68 weeks. After six weeks, on February 24, I followed up only to find that no progress had been made. A subsequent call a week later led to a promise that the rebate might be tracked, and another week later, I was informed that an appeasement had been ************ has now been nearly six months since the installation, and I have yet to receive what was contractually promised.

    First of all, in the book the sales person it shows theyre BBB Accredited and here it says theyre not! I spend over 15k to have my furnace break 24 hrs later and blow cold air into my house for 30 hrs! As of today, my house has been without heat for two weeks!They failed to keep the window time frame they promised and forced me to leave work early from a new job. When I contacted *******, the sales agent who sold me the unit, who I trusted about whats happening he never responded to me, it was crickets - he did not care, he already has his sale! When someone did come out they sent a plumber instead of a HVAC worker and had to reschedule again! Right after it broke, it blew freezing cold air into my house for 30 hrs straight (I have a video) I didnt get any sleep! When they finally came out I needed a new motor, mother board and pressure plugs and they were going to order right away, I received a text that the parts were just ordered and it was FIVE DAYS later! I sit here in my house today, two weeks since it went out, still without heat and comfort and still all the parts are not in for them to fix my $15,200 furnace! They just offered me $500 compensation. When it originally happened and was blowing cold air into my house I was exhausted and cried to my new mgr, had to leave work from my new job, live in the house the coldest time of year with no heat (comfort) and basically be forgotten about and still have no resolution!! I called last Friday for an eta and no one ever returned my call. This is the worst Ive ever been treated and for this amount of money! I feel I should have a received a brand new unit the next day! Today marks two weeks since its been broken and the parts are still not in and my furnace is still not working!
