              I have ordered a pot filler from ********** (Invoice S00381614).They had promised me a delivery in the 1st week of June, 2023. Since then they have been totally unresponsive about my order. I have been emailing and calling them once a week for a resolution to which they have totally ghosted **** had to go buy the same pot filler from another retailer. They owe me a $580 refund which they have refused to process. This is in bad faith as they had promised me a $500 credit for $22k worth of appliances I had bough from them earlier this year. They don't want to honor the $500 credit and hence giving me a run around.Sales person I dealt with - ******************* Manager I have dealt with - ***************
