Business ProfileforAC Septic Service

Reached out to company about a perc and design for a new property with the hopes to get it complete prior to closing. I was assured that this wouldnt be a problem and paid the company on 12/3 for the agreed upon price of $2500. Many emails and phone calls later it is now towards the end of January and I reached out looking to cancel the service. At this point I have had no information provided on the status of the project or timeline just that they will look into it. A few days later I receive a call from the owner trying to maintain my business. I told him it was a possibility but I was still gonna cancel the service at this time having already closed on the property and no longer being in a rush to complete. At this point he says he will research the project and get back to me. I inquire about the research and he says that he will have to deduct any money spent thus far. Even though at this point in time nothing has ever been conveyed to me and I have been checking up trying to get answers. Follow up a week later and he says he is working on it. Follow up at the end of the same week and he says he is too busy moving yards to look into this issue. When I say that is unacceptable for a business to say he curses and yells at me saying I have no place to say that. At this point I have had $2500 locked up with this company and not for lack of trying have received no information on the matter.
