My new infrared sauna has been a game-changer for my well-being. The entire experience, from easy order placement and excellent communication to flawless delivery and setup, has been nothing short of exceptional.The sauna itself is beautiful and the infrared heat and chromotherapy has become a nonnegotiable part of my wellness routine. Delivered to our home in seven boxes. Me and my son in law assembled this in a few hours one evening. Was super simple to put together. Was super impressed how things go together so well. Fit and finish is perfect. The quality is so much better than the one I have been using at our physical therapy location and he paid a similar price. Heats up great. Comfortable to sit in and love the lay down recliner bench. We love our Sauna Cloud. ThanksReview from William H.

I am two years later and my sauna still does mot work!No service, no warranty, no help at all, just jerked around for over two years!Sauna was never installed properly, started falling apart right away, and Sauna Cloud has just blown me off.Do not do business with these people.Sauna Cloud, LLC Response

Thank you for your feedback. This customer originally had a perfectly working sauna when it was first delivered. We have tried very hard to coordinate a working sauna with him for 2 years now.Unfortunately, this sauna had eventual issues working properly as the customer did not have a level platform for his sauna to be placed outdoors. He had a plywood/wooden platform that was not level at the time of delivery and became worse/more angled over time. ***It is the responsibility of the customer to have a perfectly level space for their sauna and if any issues arise because of an unlevel platform, the manufacturer, Clearlight Infrared Saunas, will not cover repairs under their warranty. They will also not pay to take down the sauna and rebuild it. Because of this, it is really out of our control as we don't pay for customers' new platforms or to knock down and rebuild their saunas because of their unlevel surfaces either. Clearlight has been to the customer's ********************** location free of charge and determined it will need a new, flat platform. This customer has a full lifetime warranty which we always assist with apart from this issue and we will always make sure the manufacturer sends what is necessary to make a fully working sauna. This issue can be resolved by the customer pouring a flat concrete platform or moving his sauna inside. Any replacement heaters or power supplies that are needed to get this customer a fully working ********************** will be sent to them at that time, but not before. As you can see from our previous positive reviews we always follow through with service and the warranty. We just don't build sauna platforms. Thank you for your understanding.Review from GLENN F

Sauna Cloud was pleasure to deal with. Custom built a small 2 person sauna for my wife and i , and the support from Sauna Cloud, especially on the electrical portion, was excellent. After nearly 2 years of *************** on deciding which sauna to purchase for our home, we took the recommendations of ***** and bought the Sanctuary 2. It arrived on time, and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle. In a few hours, we were up and running and have used it everyday since. We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers, along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test. If you are considering a sauna - we have zero complaints with ours, and if you like doing business with straightforward and knowledgable people, ***** is your guy.Review from Steve N

It's clear why ***** and Saunacloud have only 5 star reviews. No one knows more about, and provides more help understanding them than *************************. Sauna cloud has been amazing to work with. They have been extremely patient and non pushy over the course of two years during our new construction. They worked very well with my very demanding architect and (nicer) contractor. ***** and ***** were able to design a custom flip bench sauna design so I can do hot yoga on the floor when I want. It really is the coolest thing ever as I can easily flip the bench when I want and even the floor is heated. I couldnt be happier with my sauna and experience with Sauna cloudReview from Michael R

5 Stars is not enough to describe the experience, from purchase to set up, of the Clearlight sauna from Sauna Cloud. First of all ***** was incredible to do business with. As we all have, in our lives, experience doing business transactions with some, can make every follicle of you hair hurt...with ***** it was simple fair and a snap. After deciding which sauna I wanted I called ***** and within minutes the wheels were set in motion. I can only say ***** is a person of integrity. I admit I can be a real pain when spending money. I expect quality...and I did not expect the service and quality that I received. You have no idea how many sauna companies that I have spoken to...and herd nothing but chin boogie. After I ordered my sauna I received many follow up emails about the how to setup and use the sauna directly from *****. Now lets talk about the sauna. I could not believe how the sauna was packaged when it arrived. There was no way that the sauna could be damaged save for a fall from a 5 story building. The instructions were clear. Set up was easy and simple...not to mention sitting in the Clearlight and felling refreshed and rejuvenated. Here is the bottom line...Working with Sauna Cloud and ***** is one of the few times in my life that I really enjoyed spending money. Thanks ***** for this incredible experience.Review from Tom M

I can only echo the other great reviews that Sauna Cloud and Chris have here. I actually started this journey a few years ago and after quite a bit of research had decided to pursue a sauna from Sauna Cloud and had 'bookmarked' their site. Those plans got sidetracked and my wife got interested again last fall through a local distributor of another brand. I remembered my 'bookmark' and struck up a conversation with Chris and as mentioned in other reviews - he is every bit as knowledgeable and professional as there is. So I learned a lot and we agreed on the configuration (which was slightly non-standard) and placed the order. The order did have a little lead time (much less that many other things in this supply chain fog) - but was delivered on time and packaged as described. Assembly was straightforward and in a few hrs we had a beautiful sauna gracing a corner in our basement. We had an extra heater added to the package on Chris's recommendation and it need a code entered on the control panel to turn on (which I didn't know initially) so our first few saunas were without this addition. Asked Chris about it and he sent me the code that turned on the extra panel so inadvertently we tested the 'before and after' and we are so glad that Chris had recommended this add-on. Could not be happier with entire experience.
