In June I contacted *** **** to service my ** due to the fact that my elderly father who has heart problems cannot be in ex***sive heat. It was urgent to get it fixed. I paid $100 for diagnosis, which was to replace valves because of a leak the ** had along with refrigerant it needed as well, service was a total of $550 dollars I was charged and did PAY. In mid June the technician came to "service" and supposely repair the **, he said " I went ahead and fixed your **, I replaced the valves and added the refrigerant, its gonna be the $450 dollars. HE LIED did not fix it. I paid it. I checked my bank account and *** collected the $450 dollars.Days later I attempt using my **, it was 100 degrees in Antioch and it was over bearing. Specially since my father cant tolerate and should not be in the heat without **. I turned on the ** and still got warm air coming out of the **. I attempted to call ***, and NO ANSWER what so ever. I double checked the website and also noticed a variety of different business hours that were not specific. I called and called and NO answer. At this point I felt robbed. My hard earned honest money was gone, no answer from *** and the heat affecting my elderly fathers health. My warranty company got ahold of this company after also calling several times, and they got somebody to come out over a week later. I finally was able to get ahold of the phone representative who indicated the tech most likely didnt do anything to my ** so that he can walk away with my money... The tech that also came to reservice the ** confirmed that the tech that came out did nothing at all, and that the valves still needed replacement and no refrigerant was ever added to it. I feel that it is unfair what I experienced and I am beyond upset of the fact that my father had to bare the heat and be affected by the unprofessional thief of a company that tried to walk away with my money and lie and disappear. Its BULL that this company even excist. None ethical
