    I came here for tint since the previous co owner has given me a cheap tint when I asked for a ceramic tint which I found out later on since the car would get really hot inside when seating out in the sun.Long story short I met **** the owner after having a conversation I made appt later on for ceramic coating for my brand new turbo suv that I just purchased for my family and kids.The car app connects on my phone and alerts me for anything that happens in the car.Tells me the current odometer, gas range, mileage, speed, trips location, etc.which Ive used the app for years. Ive taken picture when I dropped off car and didnt fill tank because I just had a feeling that I dont want anyone driving the car so left it at 29 mile range. After coming home late Wed night I checked my phone since I had a hunch so when I checked my car app it says that the car was driven at 116mpg had .62 miles in 1 min driven 11:05-11:06pm on Tues.I dropped off *******. I message **** that Wed night and told him not to touch the car. Next day I left work to take car and told him everything he insisted thats in been in the back lot but would not show me footage but instead says that he used to work for Acura and app had glitch. Did not have glitched verified with ************* and I tested it many times after getting the car back filled up the gas, the odometer, mileage, etc. says exactly on my phone app. also gas was empty when I turned on the car when I got to his shop odometer was up over 12 miles with empty gas light on only 15 mile range left on it when I left it at 29 mile range so even if he says that my app has glitch how do you explain the gas and odometer. SOMEBODY TOOK MY CAR for a joyride not broken in only had less then 500 miles and abused the car. I trusted him with my car. At the end of this he use the excuse that he lost his baby. I lost 3 hrs of work time very inconvenient. DO NOT GO HERE! I let all family/friends/co workers know about this place. Cannot be trusted!!!

    Dear valued costumer ,Same day, We Came to the conclusion after speaking with ******************* about your situation.Tech Support mentioned this is a third part app. We where advised together for you to take the vehicle to a local dealer right away to be scanned for the data log info on GPS location and activity. you said, that you had to be back to work. you also said you would get back to us after you had this checked out. Never heard back from you at all. You took your vehicle "invoice free" as in NOT PAID FOR SERVICES". Now after 50 days our company received this review . So, we followed up today with ******** ***************** with case #******** and later on with Acura Tech support. We heard that you never took your vehicle in to the dealer for the scan diagnostic. Also , Acura "Never" said nothing to you about the app being accurate. They said you even failed to call back and follow up after 48 hours on the app readings. Yes I did apologies for not being there on time in that morning. Due to my wife having a miscarriage. you hours away from work was all based off of a car app on your phone. This App screen shot said , that the vehicle was driven at 116mph speeds and returned to the shop in .67 of a mile in less than **** seconds from 11:05-11:06 pm inside inner city street. Next door **************** station and city hall. and we parked it all the way inside the shop where you seen it parked at. even Acura said that is not possible. They also said now that you waited over thirty days. it would be hard to prove anything now. we apologize for any in-convince.we did cooperate and we never got call back or heard from you. We certainly did not bill you for any services. we even tried reaching out today with ******** ****** Thank you for your business
