            I asked the winery to cancel my club membership, we were told at the time when we signed up that we would be able to cancel at any time. Now that i am trying to cancel they are telling me we signed the document thats states we are bound to 4 shipments before we can cancel or if we cancel we will be charged a $25 fee. I said fine i will pay the $25 they said i still had to purchase the **************. I dont want the ***************. We have been battling to get our refund of$81.51 We agreed to the $25 cancellation This makes ZERO SENSE to me and I am getting nowhere with these folks HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE they are trying to force us to either pick up wine we no longer want or forfeit it all together!!! Which i am sorry we don't have money to just throw around like that. Last time we visited the winery the wine staff were rude, ignored us for 10 mins when there was only 1 other party in the tasting room. If i could leave ZERO stars I would We want our refund!!!!
