    Computer Maven has been asking customers to park blocking a Private Residential neighbors shared driveway. The business traffic is directed there specifically by the owner per customers. It has affected the usage of the shared ************** 2025-04-08, was one such day where a customer parked in the driveway thoroughfare at the instruction of Computer Mavens owner. This business is run out of a residential building and traffic generation restrictions and appointments requirements may be in effect.For clarity in this complaint: The traffic is occurring at ***************, not **************** The property being used (by these customers and this business owner during business operations) is NOT owned by the business or the owner of Computer Maven. Any existing residential use agreements do NOT specifically provision for stoppages or parking within the driveway of *************** for any local business operations. Finally, none of the complaint refers to any traffic within a designated parking area even within the neighborhoods property, only thoroughfares.

    This complaint was filed by my nextdoor neighbor. She has never been a customer of mine and never will.  We are involved in an easement dispute concerning our "shared" driveway.  She owns the property and I own the easement.  Lawyers are involved and we are scheduled for mediation next month. I have already forwarded the complaint to my attorney as another example of her bad faith.  I suggest that you do not waste anymore of your valuable time or mine on this matter.
