    Ordered from this company over two years ago I stopped ordering from them theyre shoes were leaningthey I asked them to remove my email from their mailing list and they are still sending emails more than three a day after I requested remove my email I want it to stop

    Not only do you have to pay for your own return shipping they only offer store credit or exchange.Half of the clothes are nice and the other half are extremely cheap.Literally trying to get a refund on returned items for the last 15 days.

    The absolute worst customer service on earth. I purchased an item through this merchant in January of 2023 for a bday trip. I changed my mind on the items and made a decision with another merchant. I received an email that they declined my return on both items due to one item have a tiny water stain. They sent a picture and they had to circle where they stain was indicated due to it be barely visible in the picture. My credit card company could not even indicate the stain when I filed the dispute. I filed the dispute with my card company and **** decline. Not to mention they indicated 1 item was worn but never received a partial refund nor received any of the two items back so the merchant has the two of the items. This company needs to be closed down. This is bizarre to me.
