    June 6 /25 my wife went to *************************** dentist. Her crown had fell off. They Dentist are the ones who put the crown charge my wife $4433. When shewas waiting for the crown the temporary fell off twice now they want ****** to put a crown back in the crowns only been in there two years. on February 17/2022 me and my wife went to have a examination and have her teeth clean when they took x-rays. They said we had gum disease after mywifes tooth crown fell off. I start doing research on gum, disease gum disease is when the gums are bleeding, even when you brush your teeth, they charge me 400 for gum, disease, and my wife 400 at a time I was 76 years old. My daughter said you do not have gum disease. She called the dentist in ****** prior. We were examine there a year and a half ago and he said tell my daughterthat we didnt have gum disease. I believe this Dentist lies on examinations to make more money after we pay them they told me that I needed acrown or a tooth replaced. It was gonna cost $900. I put a deposit of $410. And when they done the procedure, they said I only need a fill. I was charged $189 so I left a credit balance of 245. The manager saidif I dont use the money, theyll send me a check. Its been three years and Ive never received a check. I called several times and ask him about where is my money. They never got back to me and could give me a direct answer Icouldve made interest on my money in the bank. I believe that they dont have a spirit of excellence to the customers I believe me and wife were cheated .and pick numbers out of their head instead of out what the procedure calls for. when they said we had gum disease, they couldnt even tell me or point to the gum disease. I believe they just wanted to make money off seniors they dont know any better. I do not have any education and dental work. I would like to have some kind of satisfaction the $800 for cheating me saying that I have false statement that I had gum, disease, and crown money
