    Straight scam the owner of the property does not care about the conditions of the apartment complex or how the renters have to live. I moved in 2016 and just moved out 2024. There were 4 different property managers, roaches, and rats. It took them 5yrs to place a new stove into my apartment because maintenance kept taking old ones from units where people would move out from. There is asbestos which they NEVER communicating to the renters about until there was a sign that appeared in 2023. The had men coming into the units to appraise and get the value for the units without renters permissions. In ************************************ one of the units that the manager and owner were aware of. They were trying to charge me rent for May, June, and July for moving out during the first week of June I had to fight that and also be aware that I was not getting my security deposit back. Finally the owner called me with an attitude just wanting money threatening to evict me that very same day I called her if I do not pay the rent. I had to explain it to her again as to why I will not be paying for July and I would only pay May and part of June. She agreed just to get me off of the phone, then I moved received the bill $1160. after they took my entire 1800 security deposit. We agreed on a payment of 100 per month for 2 months then I pay the rest since they would not take 50 dollars a month. The manger had me send several emails so the owner could see but nobody responded or called. I reached out letting them know I would stop by with the money. The manager asked how much I told her 100$, the amount we agreed on, she then called me and said that the owner will send my stuff to a collections agency that will not go on my credit but they have payment arrangements. I explained that it will be on my credit but she insisted and said no it wouldn't be. But they already sent it without my knowledge supposedly. DO NOT RENT HERE.
