    My car broke down in *******, I was in a bind and had to find a 24hr auto repair shop. I spoke with *** who told me that my price was a rough estimate of ******. I then get to the shop the next morning to find my car blocked in by another vehicle and was told my car would be done shortly. After asking numerous times of the fees and when my car would be completed *** kept stating he would get that to me shortly. After being there for almost 3-4 hrs. He then proceeds to print out the invoice which stated ******* with my signature on that document as if I agreed to that fee which wasn't the case. I signed a document for a diagnostic and they took that same signature which was fraudulent and added to the invoice. Please Please Please stay away from these people. They are by far the worse shop that I had to deal with. Oh and at the end they tried to say that all of the reviews online were by white people who were against them. I am in fact a black woman and had this experience with them. STAY FAR AWAY

    I broke down on the side of the road right before ******* with my 5 yr old. They told me they would wait for us to get there which I appreciated. Told us that diagnostic would be 117 and would go towards the repairs. Get there and they start my diagnostic and my son and I are in a freezing cold shed waiting. Finally determine its my alternator and battery (even though it was a new battery) at a cost of ****, which includes the diagnostic fee. They replace the items while we freeze. Finally they are finished and told me its still showing a misfire but that the car is drivable. Want to change the spark plugs and coils at an additional price but the auto store was closed. Go to pay and they ask if I want to save $130 in sales tax by paying thru cash app. I say ok. He then tells me I owe ****? Why? You told me ****. Oh that was without sales tax and fees. So the total would have been over ****. The guy doesnt have his phone and makes me send the money to his sisters business account, which he gave me the wrong number for. After a harrowing 15 min I was able to cancel that transaction and send to the correct number. My car broke down about 52 min later and I had to take it to another repair shop. Today I received a charge on my original form of payment for the diagnostic fee. That was supposed to be included in the total. This whole thing was shady and the repairs they did on my car did not resolve my issues. I called and now he is telling me it is an after hours fee!!!! I am disputing the additional fee and providing all this to the better business bureau. I advise against using this business.
