Even as good quality materials are used, materials defects occasionally occur and are the responsibility of the vendor or manufacturer. Cost-Effective Solutions will work with the client and materials vendor to resolve the problem and obtain replacements and will supply the labor to correct the problem at 50% of CES's normal labor rates, thus sharing the pain equally with the client.
