- We do not offer refunds, per our Rytech corporate policy. After an estimate is approved by the insurance or the customer if self-pay. If anything comes up during that needs to be done additionally, we always get approved by the insurance/adjuster or the customer prior to proceeding. We make sure to go through the whole process as the work goes on to the customer so they feel comforted and at ease. Even though we don't offer refunds, we always want our customers to let us know if there's anything they have an issue or concern with. If it's within our limits and policy & also approved by insurance if needed, we are happy to resolve the concerns there may be.
