We had a job for a new side fence, back gate, and front gate. The back gate does not open the correct way and the front gate is literally a square in a round opening. The front gate is does not look the way we asked. When communicating that we were not satisfied with the job we were told that we should have asked better questions, measured the fence ourselves, and that we can pay someone else to do the front gate AFTER the work was completed. I offered a couple of solutions to Clay as there were no solutions that could be offered other than pay the bill and let us give you a bid for the other section of the fence and maybe we can get a discount on the correction of the fence as they do not do custom gates, all of this was stated AFTER the work was completed. Had we known that Sonrise cannot do the front gate, we would have gone through someone else for the entire job. I then received a call and text from Jennifer the office manager threatening a lien on the house without even offering or discussing a solution. I offered multiple solutions to remedy the front gate and was still threatened with a lien. I must mention, what is so frustrating is that before even having a conversation or checking into see if we were satisfied or happy with the job, we were threatened with a lien. I will admit the side fence looks great but we are not satisfied with the front and back gate. I do not recommend Sonrise fence. They way business in conducted is rude and not solution oriented. If you do you not like parts of the job they are unwilling to fix the problem.
