    In November 2024 i bought a 2011 4runner for work since i am working in ******** **. I took the vehicle to work multiple times and no problem. I decided to buy a leveling kit for my vehicle, rims, tires, with balance and alignment. So far, I have taken my vehicle back to the shop at least 10 times, left the vehicle over night 2 times and 1 time for over 36 hours. The vehicle pulls towards the side that you are turning and brakes as I am driving. I have had over 20 close calls while driving i nearly miss on coming traffic. It is a hazard and I don't feel safe, I am risking my life on driving this vehicle. I drive from perris CA to ******** ** for work and I need this vehicle since it has 4x4. This vehicle has slide out of the icy road 3 times nearly missing the guard rails on the cliff because it brakes all of a sudden. When I try to remove the traction control it turns back on, on its own, and my alignment is horrible, it keeps on leaning to the passager side. Last time I brought it to the shop it was around December 20th and they told me that their specialists left to ****** and that they will call me once he arrive. Up to now I have not received a call. I called the finance company to informed them about the situation and Perris tires and wheels is now they are saying that it has mechanical issues. They are the ones that broke my vehicle. All I want is my vehicle to work properly as it did when I first bought it.

    A couple of months ago this year. I came to Perris Tires & Wheels to get some wheels swapped. Replacing my stocks with 20's. Right off the bat, I noticed the price difference, higher versus where I normally conduct business. It hurt paying much more for something that could had easily cost less elsewhere. You know how hard it is to make an honest dollar, 8 to 12hrs of work. An example: had I gone to where I normally conduct business, I would had easily saved a good $40 to $50 bucks. Perris Tires & Wheels definitely offers more services versus the competition. I only came here for two reasons, really just one, the sensor reprogramming. Swap wheels and get my TPMS sensors reprogrammed all at once. Didn't want to go here for this, there for that. I'm not going to lie, I did pay a lot more versus my spot down the street. Unfortunately my spot does not offer sensor reprogramming, therefore Perris Tires & Wheels had to be it. I ended up paying $180.00 out the door even though the shop misplaced my original KIA valve caps worth $40 (set). 11/11/2022 I went back due to a flat tire. I thought since I had my wheels replaced there, just maybe, the shop would do me a solid, not free, but something reasonable at minimum. These dudes told me that my one of my lug nuts was damaged. I assumed the shop would simply get it done since they had originally swapped & installed my wheels. The blame was put on me. Pretty much, I had to pay. I argued that I hadn't had any issues till today. I argued that if anything, the damaged lug nut must had happened here since I had my wheels swapped & installed here at the shop. Boy I was wrong. I didn't want to argue. I just needed my ride fixed. Money comes & goes, but integrity once gone, it's gone. For the shop, I can easily say, they lost a solid customer. These dudes charged me $300 out the door ($100 for removing damaged lug nut, $140 for tire replacement & $60 for replacing stud/lug nut). I'm not going to lie, this did hurt. Walmart had t
