            At the end of April 2023 I purchased a lift kit for my new Bronco from Baja Kits and had to pay them in full. The salesman said that the King shocks would take the longest at about 4-6 months and I received them from King around at around 5 months. From the company Baja Kits Ive only received a couple of parts and am still waiting on many more. They will not answer the phone or return phone calls or emails. When I have received information in the past its been that they are waiting on a part and the next time its a different part that they did have the last time. They still have all my money and I dont have my products. The salesman never said I would be waiting this long on parts from them. Everything was in stock when they sold me the kit. Once again I cant get ahold of any one to get my products or money back. How can they sell a product and take full payment and not give the customer what they paid for and with zero communication
