      ******** was an amazing g salesperson. He made sure to go everything and patiently answer all of Our questions. An appointment to install the unit was scheduled immediately as promised. *** ****** was our installer. He is punctual, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He kept me informed through each stage of the installation and how long it would all take. He explained about the component and how everything works, along with who to call for any questions or concerns. It only took about 3 hours for the complete install. We are very happy with the Lifesource water softener and appreciate all of the staff.

      We are so happy with ****, the LifeSource sales representative that we worked with as well as the installers **** and ***. All three show LifeSource Water systems in an excellent light. We found **** honest and straightforward. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us changing our minds one way than another! He helped us get the system we really wanted. **** and *** came on our install day and got right to work. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. **** gave us a thorough walk through of our system before they left. **** even came on the install day to make sure we were happy. Even our dogs had fun watching the work from their golf cart!We have just started using our system and are quite excited to have better water.

      Service Technician ****** and ******* came And Addressed the Original Install Problems that was done by a different Installer They did a Professional Job And when they were done day They Tested The Carbon Tank Filtering Throughout the House In front of me which I am 100% happy with The work that they did

      Not sure how many stars to give the product as it was just installed today, but the techs **** ***** and *** were great! They showed up on time (Even a bit early after checking with me to see if it was ok) Worked efficiently cleaned up when finished and made sure I had an understanding of my system.

      New LifeSource system installed today replacing an older, out of warranty tank put in by previous owner. Installer ******** arrived right on time and did an excellent job in setting up and explaining our new system.
