*** lived in ******** my whole life and have been a customer at this yard ********************** since I was a child. I Went in yesterday on my day off to watch a dodger game. The server asked for our IDs to make sure they were real. My wife and I handed our IDs to the server. It took 20 minutes for them to verify that our IDs were real. Server came back with manger *************************** because they had further questions. My wife is not a citizen but has a real ID given to her by the *******************. I understood the confusion on the part of the manager. My wifes expiration date on her ID does not match her DOB. *************************** then asked to see another form of ID from my wife. I was upset at this point but complied. We showed him my wifes work permit at which point he said, I now believe you, but if I thought this was fake I could still take this from you. He said this in an antagonizing and menacing tone while waving my wifes ID in her face. This was after he had verified that her ID was legitimate. At this point my wife is in tears. *************************** then sarcastically offered to buy us both a round of drinks. We refused and left the restaurant. I walked my wife to our car and went back to the restaurant by myself to file a complaint. This is when I met ******* the other manager. I explained to her what had happened and I asked her for a number to call to file a complaint on ***************************. I waited there for 10 minutes before I was given a number (the first number they gave me was for IT support). I dont think me and my wife could ever come back to this restaurant while *************************** is still working there. Im a medical student and do not much have free time. However, I have a meeting with a lawyer this week to discuss whether or not this constitutes as discrimination and denial of service. I wanted to write this review just in case anyone else has had similar negative experiences with ***************************. No one should be treated this way.

Sick from a meal with shittake mushrooms. No response back from the food chain and its disappointing. Ive been in pain for three days with rashes all over my body. All could have been preventive with cooking the food properly.

I have receipts from my past 2-visits where the staff has clearly demonstrated discriminatory behaviors to my gender and ethnicity person (please review restaurant tapes). The first complaint was brought to the managements attention of female bartenders tending to make customers first for profit, prior to female clients. On y last visit, the female bartender checked in on me 20+ minutes after my arrival, despite her checking in with other white male clients sitting nearby. Whe I brought it up to the managers attention (for the second time pre-pandemic, he responded dismissive). Today, the prejudice (for lack of better word or not wanting to use the "racism" label), the main manager ( Michael Coden - please see video) tailored to the white millennial young man sitting next to me and failed to offer me the same type of courtesy and attention as he did to this white Caucasian man. I dismissed it but it was only after this you f man left (e.g., my spotlight faded I the staffs eyes), that they continued with their underhanded neglect of customer service. Is it because I'm a single professional rugged looked individual? Believe me, if I do t hear back from management, I'm escalating this to my culture network venues. Please co to use to uphold the ethical and moral obligation we have to all people. This screams racial discrimination and prejudice.
