      The company does not allow you to unsubscribe or to opt out of further communications. I had followed their directions to email them to be removed over a year ago, and they are still contacting me. The latest example is that I resubmitted my resume on their website, which is false. I have requested on more than one occasion to delete all information associated with my account and to not be contacted by them again, and I have yet to see a resolution to this issue.

      I reached out to them and asked for my accounts (both) to be deleted after they sent my current employer my resume. I was assured the account was deleted: NOW I AM GETTING CONSTANT TEXTS and emails from them. I want my account deleted. You can no longer send my resume out!!! I am employed

      I signed up with BCG looking for an attorney position, but quickly realized that the company is fraudulent. There is no way to delete the documents that you've uploaded to the site or to delete your account. I have called and emailed several times to have my documents and account deleted, yet nothing has been done. As such, I am filing this complaint to compel BCG to delete all of the documents that I have sent them (resume, transcript, photo, etc.) as well as to delete my account.

      I've asked to be removed from their email lists so many times, and this company is in violation of the CAN-SPAM act. There's no formalized way to opt out.

      I signed up for BCG last year and have tried numerous times to get them to delete my account and my resume. They continue to email me and harass me; they have kept my resume on file; and they have sent out my resume without explicit permission. I want them to delete my account and STOP contacting me.

      I have already had to file complaints previously about ***************************** for sending email communications after I never signed up or requested them and asked dozens of times to be removed from their mailing list. I had to call the offices repeatedly and they told me it would be done and I still received them over and over again. Finally they agreed to remove me after I filed my last complaint, and now I just received another communication from them. At this point it is harassment and a blatant violation of privacy law. The fact that they are doing this is appalling and they should be held accountable.
