    I found this company on the ************************, website and gave them a call. The fan on my condenser unit wasn't working. ******* came over and fixed it. Quick fix $375. Great.The following week it stops working again. I call him, he comes round and fixes it again. He tells me this time it's going to be $1450 for putting 4lbs of refrigerant in it. He tells me it's so expensive because R22 refrigerant is just about obsolete and you can't get it anywhere so it's really expensive $400 a pound. He tells me it now has a leak after he has already put all the refrigerant in it and he has to come back next week to seal it and that it's not guaranteed to work. So after I spent $1825 to get my condenser working he wanted to come back and charge me to seal it without the guarantee of it working. I can only imagine how much more he would charge me if l let him or how many more visits it would take to fix this. After he left I looked up the cost of the refrigerant and multiple sources say that installers should charge between $90 and & $150 per pound. The real kicker is that I noticed the cost of the entire condenser unit is very close the amount he charged me for the work to not fix my machine. I called him and told him my concerns about the price and he told me that if I didn't like it then I'm free to go elsewhere. I strongly recommend you stay away from ******* the Electric Guy and this company.

    Clean Initiate Solar installed the solar system at my house. I have an issue where the house battery doesnt power the house when the grid power goes down, even though the house battery is charged.The first time I called in, someone answered, and they responded with well check some diagnostics and call you back in 10 minutes. They never called, and that was about 3 months ago. Ive called them and left messages, and emailed, a total of about ***** times. They have not answered or respond since the first "we'll get back to you." I will be filing this review in as many forums I can as a warning to other potential customers.

    Clean Initiative is about the worst company I have worked with.They provided false information about panels when setting up my solar system, and I have been paying more for electricity since I got the panels!Now they are in breach of contract, and will not return my calls or emails.My contract says they will take care of all monitoring and maintenance for *********************************************** is about to stop functioning without paying for an upgrade, and they will not return my calls. Do NOT work with these people!

    Was recommended by one of my old buddies about the service. I recommended ******************************* to him when he sold me on my panels. My experiences with him were all good. *** had in my system for two years with no complaints and one of my ***** said he was interested in solar I had to recommend couldnt let him go anywhere else, very professional, very positive. Couldnt possibly let him go anywhere else. Three years with clean initiatives panels and I am absolutely loving them.

    I would like to thank ******************************* for a very educational walkthrough in clean initiatives solar program. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He said he will let me know tomorrow if I am eligible for the program I hope I am looking forward to getting my panels!! These electricity bills are crazy! Hope I qualify. Thank you again, ******.

    ******************************* was very very helpful in his presentation. The numbers he ran with us. Were very good. I look forward to seeing if our home qualifies as I am excited to go solar the new estimate on our electricity bill for a smile on my face cant wait to see if everything goes through, I just want to put it out there. He was very persistent and letting me know that these programs were not like other solar programs and was able to actually explain why which I appreciate it a lot not only was he knowledgeable, but he was able to answer many of the questions I have the few that he did not know he got the answers for me listens to everything I have to say even help me to better understand some of the negatives I thought came with solar, and it was very very professional .. thank you ****** ! I would definitely recommend in initiative to anyone based off of some of their previous clients so I can tell if they do great work and they seem to have a very amazing team and are very customer friendly. ??

    Our solar panels worked great for a while, but then the inverter broke. Which meant our electricity bills skyrocketed. I am not writing this negative review to complain about the solar panels (we know things can break); I am writing this review because 1. it took weeks and weeks for Clean Initiative to send a technician to our house to fix it, and then 2. *nobody* has gotten back to me regarding my request for some type of financial reimbursement for all the time that the solar panels were broken and our bills were higher. I have called Clean Initiative several times (each time, customer service lets me know that my message is being marked as urgent). I have emailed Clean Initiative (*******, accounting, and customer support) -- now three emails, and *nothing.* This is literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. If you want solar panels, fine, but if you want longterm assistance, this is not the company.
