    Both my wife and I went on their ******** plan. The original PCP is no longer there, and the practice was sold to a homeless clinic. I've spent days going through their website and the downloadable book that lists all their providers by zip code. When you research them, the doctors aren't there, or they are more homeless clinics. We actually made a list and went to the addresses given, and the doctors were never at that address. When we found one that actually had a real office, they no longer take Imperial. I contacted them, which is a mistake. Their ""customer service" is the absolute worst of any insurance we've ever had. It's obviously an Indian call center, and if you can even understand them, they know absolutely nothing and can do nothing. Since I have no PCP, which is required for any specialist referrals, the only thing available is urgent care. They told me 4 days ago that they would research PCP physicians within our area and get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again, and again they just said that someone would get back to me in about four days. They do pay their dental services and the *** credit card, but if you want a doctor, lots of luck getting any service with them. We'll be filing a grievance with ******** and get a waiver to change insurance companies outside the enrollment window, since they cannot supply the medical services they advertise and that are required. My wife has had a *** for months, and just finding someone to negotiate their Rx plan to get some antibiotics has been fruitless... so she still has the **** spent hours on the phone, and no medication. Imperial is the black hole of insurance.

    I signed up for their healthcare insurance in December of 2024 to be affective January 1, 2025. Signing up on the Healthcare Market Place was easy. no problem paying my first months premium for Jan 2025....... but From that point it has been nothing but a nightmare. No one on their provider list will accept this insurance. Getting a representative is impossible. they say their busy (not sure with what as they dont take calls nor call anyone back) but take ur nbr and tell you hey will call in 24/48 hours but never does!! Their website is nonfunctional and impossible to navigate. Links to pay your premium work. Tell any provider you have Imperial Healthcare Insurance and you will be told they never heard of them. 800 phone numbers are never answered by a human. Went to an urgent care listed on their provider list and they wouldnt take it. Try finding a provider list online is a hit and miss effort. Tried signing up for online patient portal access and get a response that the member ID on the card is not valid. Try to change your PCP, well forget doing that. They say go to ************************ to change your PCP, print ID card or access other plan information and you find no such thing. The one time I got a person on the phone that person knew nothing about coverage in *******. Save yourself from a nightmare and avoid using this insurance company. Two weeks into this plan and we changed to a real health insurance company.

    Horrible insurance they keep denying paying some of my bills saying Im no longer a member when I am. They have no doctors in my county although they show them no one can help me. Its been a nightmare. Ive got a round in circles. Everyone is very dishonest. I have many health issues to take care of cancer, being one permanent disability on my back, and they dont seem to care, not even third Director of grievance.

    I enjoy the service that is provided to me thru imperial the only service to provide transportation for from me where I live communication is good on phone I am always impressed
