    Wescom Credit Union sends monthly "your statement is ready online" emails to its members but they include advertisements in this email. This is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. The statement emails are transactional in nature, so they bypass opt-in statuses. No other banking institution that I am a customer of does this with their monthly statements. It creates a conflict because I would like to receive paperless statement alerts but do not want to receive any advertising.

    -Wescom Credit Union is a Predatory Lender.-The employees; Especially some their ***************** Team are Liars.-They have some of the most unprofessional staff that you will ever encounter. RUN - Dont walk away from them.-There are better; more professional Credit Unions that you can join.-If you can avoid it - do NOT do business with them.-AVOID them. -They refuse to send to me my current/most recent payment statements/payment coupons.-This is an illegal/criminal act.They dont deserve any stars, That one star is there because I could Not delete it.

    Former employee: I was recently terminated after speaking up to *********************** and *********************** about the lack of leadership from his management teams in ************. The entire branch staff that was working that day had a sit down with ****** individually. I stated that I was looking into moving forward with the company but I did not know where because of the lack of leadership throughout the region. He responded with he doesn't like to hear that he likes to "coach" his managers. Months went by nothing changed, I was still working at a short staffed branch doing work that I was not getting paid for. All while watching the Branch manager let his team down everyday. He would answer his personal phone on the teller line in, taking personal calls on the company phones, hide away in the office playing fantasy football, walking away from the assistant branch manager as she was talking to him or just plain Ignoring her as she is talking to him. He continues to disrespect his staff. Any time we would go to him for help he would **** his teeth or let out an exasperated sigh like you are bothering him. Also not to mention the lack of knowledge that these managers have when they are supposed to be there to help and support their team. Conversations that you have in confidence with Wescom aren't held in confidence they will be used against you.
