    Found two charges on my **** card on August 4th, 2025 (Had signed up for a ******* coaching thing but cancelled immediately-(******* is also in *****, DE but a different zip.)I did not authorize the $35 charge for "simple workbooks" nor the $12 charge for "simple premium" and wondered if ******* had been part of it.I contacted the site, got an associate who took the dates of the "purchases" and the last four digits of the card on which it was charged. He said he had no record of a subscription with my e mail on it. Was going to present data to a supervisor or some such.I want a refund, but have seen that others apply for one and don't get it.

    I signed up for the Simple app, but it was never disclosed that they were going to charge me a $29.99 fee if I canceled during the last month before my membership ended.

    Stay away from this company. **************** is incompetent. Over half a year after canceling my service, I still have an open subscription being billed, but I have no access to my account because it is closed. Because it is closed, customer service can't do anything either. But worst is, my booking link still works and some clients still find it on the web and book. Because I am using a different booking system now, I get double bookings. Again, customer service does NOTHING. What kind of company is this. I am outraged.I want to be reimbursed for the last 8 months of billed subscription even though my account has been closed since August. I want the company to delete my online presents. Calendar booking link, the whole account.

    I paid for simple nursing Elit plan for 299. Whoever I tried to go to the website the site is not working. I havent use it in over a month. I reached out to them they couldnt fix the problem and didnt refund me back my money. **************** is terrible!!!

    On May 10th, I enrolled in a trial subscription. I requested cancellation through the app on June 1. On August 15th, they charged me a renewal for a service that I hadn't used in over 60 days and canceled. They say the constellation didn't go through. Of course it is near impossible to find and cancel through the app. It has become too common for subscription services to add obstacles to the process, but this app's efforts to do so were extraordinary. They are also extremely difficult to communicate with (for example, first communication from them is "we're closing your ticket because we haven't heard back from you".

    The app provider charged my account on July 25th, then that same day I cancelled the subscription to avoid further charges. The app said my profile would run through the remainder of the pay cycle, but in fact, they deleted my profile, causing me to need to start over with initiation and risk being charged again. I have asked them repeatedly to reinstate my profile or issue me a refund. Neither have happened and I only get an auto response.

    The ad on Instagram is very deceiving and deceitful. You get stuck on a page we were forced to try to exit and the screen keeps on touching on subscribing to a $48 workbook that is neither necessary nor wanted. Then upon reaching out to the company, they refuse to do the right thing and give you a refund

    I downloaded this app and decided I didn't want to use it. I never authorized a recurring subscription. I don't recall even signing up or paying the initial fee as others have described. I canceled with the company via email to no success and also contacted them to request a refund which they immediately denied. It is extremely deceiving to customers to charge them unknowingly. There have been several others with the same experience.

    I signed up for a trial period of Simple. I cancelled prior to the end of the trial period, and was still billed $29.99 on Jan 21st. I again contacted Simple and asked for a refund. No reply. On April 21st, I was charged $59.99 without my consent (was charged to my PayPal account). I have contacted Simple several times requesting a refund for both charges and the "Simply" refuse. This website is a scam and a fraud. They make it impossible to cancel and just keep billing.

    Signed up for introductory offer, and did not opt for auto-renewal. Stopped using the app within a few days. 3 months later (this morning) I saw a $59.99 charge come through on Apple Pay. I immediately cancelled the subscription and notified Simple Life via email for a refund. This all happened within 10 minutes of the transaction. Simple Life had refused to refund my money.
