      I've had positive experiences with various providers except for my recent encounters with *** Unfortunately, her demeanor has been consistently condescending and negative, particularly regarding my photos, which have never been an issue with other providers. Most recently, ** has accused me of dishonesty regarding my weight, implying that I am misrepresenting myself. This accusation is not only unfounded but deeply upsetting. I pride myself on honesty, especially concerning matters related to my health and medication.

      This is a review for Hello Alpha provider ***********************, she is very unprofessional and diminishes her patients concerns. *********************** kept sending wrong prescriptions, causing further confusion and delays. Her responses on Hello Alpha were very unprofessional and she lacks basic medical knowledge. She has an attitude and is extremely disrespectful and impolite to her patients.

      I have been using Hello Alpha for weight loss for over a year and I am extremely happy with it. It is so convenient and I feel like my care is more personalized than some of the in person interactions that I have had. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

      Alpha Medical has been so responsive and helpful! I have used them for weight loss and dermatology. I have never waited more than 24 hrs.

      They made me pay for a basic membership, then said they couldnt actually treat anything unless I paid for a more expensive plan. Complete frauds!!!

      Theres a lot of negative reviews here so I feel obligated to share my positive experience with them. I signed up to loose weight and have been successful so far. Ive since used them for mental health and general ***** as needed. Every time I have always gotten a reply by the next day. Usually its the same day unless its after hours. The doctors have all been helpful with questions about medications or side affects. I feel the $49 a month is a very good price **mpared to ** pays for doctors visits. I would suggest giving them a try as they have helped me a lot.

      Hello alpha took my 49 dollars and when I went to sign in they conveniently deactivated my account! This business needs to be shut down I'm so tired of all these scam websites. I want my money back!

      Why are you eliminating the ability to pay for mental health services only? I don't want the Plus membership. I don't need to pay $588 a year for a service that used to cost me in the $200 range. Some sort of "legacy" discount for the people who signed up for your mental health services before this ridiculous policy took effect would be nice. I signed up for the service with the expectation that I could get affordable med prescription/management without all the bells and whistles, which isn't the case anymore.

      Alpha Medical is a sham that does not use best business practices. They take your money for a service that’s not advertised correctly. Their response time for all messages is five business days. That means you’ll pay their fees to go an entire month trying to get a single prescription filled like I did. Response and turnaround times aren’t clearly disclosed on their website. When the providers send in PAs it can take weeks to complete them, then they’re not approved because they’re missing information. When you contact them saying you didn’t receive the service as promise and want your money back, they’ll simply point to their no refund policy. No phone number to reach them at; it’s just a pre-recorded message saying to call 911 in an emergency. Alpha Medical is a sham, and I can’t encourage everyone enough not to waste their money using it.

      When you read these reviews, pay special attention to the 1-star ones. We are all saying the same thing, and Alpha Medical does not care. For the past several months, I have run out of medication repeatedly, as Alpha Medical and the medical staff have not communicated or maintained my account through ********************** Medical. I have completed several return visits, most of which are ignored and never even reviewed. I had to threaten legal action just yesterday for Alpha Medical to send me a renewed prescription, given I ran out of medication today. I would highly recommend that if you are in an area where you can visit a medical facility in person, do it. Alpha Medical is more hassle than it's worth, and at this point, I will stop my membership. Even with all these issues and thousands of people complaining, they have increased their prices to $49 a MONTH, vs. $75 a quarter as it previously was. Truly a disgusting display of how Alpha Medical treats its patients.
