    Ever since Sail Internet took over from ***** as our residential ISP their service has been up and down more than a pair of Kangaroos in mating season, often for days. They fail to provide updates about service restoration in a timely fashion and unlike ***** who served us for 18 years and never put up their rates, have recently almost doubled our monthly fee beginning in Sept 2025. To celebrate this theyve managed to cut off our service for another 2 days. ******** customer service and should be avoided at all costs if possible. The whole experience has been more of stale, Fail Internet than anything close to plain sailing.
