    I feel so disappointed that my late father entrusted this company to hanndle any of his digital estate. Sad to think I am his.daughter& I contacted this company they informed.me.yes my father had a digital vault and.they would get ******* me shortly that was August fifth I have had ZERO UPDATES from them. However they have needed to ask me for the same document on more then one.ocasiin. I stress to anyone.who is considering entrusting any of rhere estate matters after your passing to look around at other companies! I know with out a doubt my dad woukd be highly frustrated as well as ****** off majorly with there lack of communication skills as well as really giving any direct contact with there family . It truly is sad to think this company potrays that things will be hanndled effectively and in a kind manner with all of the stress gone WRONG!!! The only form of communication is via email !!! Such a sad experience and what a let down for me. I feel they ought to replace any moneys they charged my father for any services and put it back in his account. I mean I honestly am frustrated with there incompetent manner& there unprofesionalism .
