Description of Complaint:I subscribed to SuperGrok (personal plan) on ******** and provided my **** card details (ending in 9511) for monthly charges of ~$30.00. When I decided to cancel, the account settings lacked a "Cancel" button or any self-cancellation option.I emailed ************ on October 26, 2025 (two messages) and November 02, 2025, requesting cancellation, revocation of card-on-file, deletion of payment tokens (Stripe), and confirmation. Support responded only with a generic template asking for irrelevant "team ID" (not applicable to my personal plan) and has ignored my follow-ups.On Reddit, I learned that this is a mass problem: many users report the same issues, including no cancel button in the ** and unresponsive support.This violates consumer laws like ** Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/**), German Civil Code ( 355 BGB), US ROSCA, FTC guidelines, and **** rules on easy cancellations and stopping recurring charges.I risk unauthorized charges without consent.Requested Resolution:Cancel SuperGrok subscription and stop all future charges.Delete stored card info and revoke recurring authorization.Provide email confirmation of cancellation and payment removal.Refund charges after my October 26 requests.Provide Stripe portal link for verification.Evidence Attached (submit via BBB form):** screenshots (no cancel button).Sample receipt PDF.Copies of emails to xAI (all three, as PDFs or screenshotsyes, provide them to BBB as proof of your attempts; attach in the form's file upload section).Sincerely,********* ********Initial Complaint

On October 18th 2025 around 21:45pst I had activated a Grok Business plan with two "seats" for SuperGrok. This is advertised as $30 per month per seat. My first problem within the first 5min was learning that the feature list showed does not match what is provided. Access to ********* on team members accounts along WITH the team business Grok access does not work. Upon adding the first team member and them linking their account it did not unlock access as stated. On the team management dashboard it showed the license was activated for that team member yet they never gained access.Second issue is the documentation says there are lots of models and features "included" but it is not made clear until after subscribing that all of those are an ADDED cost. This is deceptive.Third is with billing, you just click add payment and they say it will be calculated later. I purchased two seats of the "monthly" SuperGrok licenses. after taking my payment it immediately shows they are taking another "monthly" payment in 14 days. Nothing on the invoice or billing and payment page show the actual time frame of the monthly membership.Fourth there is no access to support. following the support email provided it asks for the account email and team number or they won't help. When provided the auto response repeats the message saying without that information it will not be handled. I have yet to find a way to reach support.Fifth and most concerning is there is no clear way to end or cancel a membership. They will not allow for removal of payment information. There is no "cancelation" options to stop service.I have not used the service, and after less than an hour have tried to stop it and get a refund as it was predatory and NOT what was advised. Currently have zero resolution from the company and they will not allow for cancelation or contact.Initial Complaint

?I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******* regarding two severe issues: the failure to provide a paid service and the subsequent unjust suspension of my long-standing account.??On approximately end of November 2024, I purchased an annual X Premium subscription through the ****** Play Store. My primary reason for this purchase was to access the advertised Grok AI feature, which was available and functioning correctly in my country, ********?However, on or around January 2025, ******* withdrew the ************ from ******* without any prior warning or communication. I am now paying for a premium service whose key feature has been unilaterally removed, rendering my subscription effectively useless for its intended purpose.?I attempted to resolve this through the ****** Play Store, but my request for a prorated refund for the unused portion of my subscription was denied by their automated system. ******* has a responsibility to the customers who paid for a service they are no longer providing.??Compounding this issue, my X account (@michelchammas) was unjustly suspended. My account has been active since 2009, has a long history of being in good standing, and is identity-verified on the platform.?The suspension was allegedly due to reports filed against me. I strongly believe this was the result of a malicious and coordinated campaign of false reporting by an inauthentic or fake account. I have never violated X's terms of service.?I have submitted multiple appeals through X's official channels, but I have only received automated, generic rejections. There has been no opportunity to speak with a human agent or have a genuine review of my case. In early 2025, my X (formerly *******) account (@LeagueWinnersFB) was suspended after changing the credit card used for my Premium X Subscription. It claims the account is inauthentic, despite being an LLC owned by myself, with completely original content. However, it did not stop them from taking the payment upon the card change, which is HIGHLY unethical.I filed an appeal with the BBB months ago but it had been unresolved. I've reached out to the company's customer support, which has been completely unresponsive despite dozens of inquiries.This suspension has caused irreparable damage to my company and its reputation. We are not looking for money, we are only looking for our account to be reinstated. Since X (formerly *******) is a primary news platform, it inhibits what we are able to do, and our reach. I am filing a complaint regarding a subscription service from xAI, the company that provides ****. I purchased a 12-month subscription to ********* in February2025 and I have supported documentation for my purchase. Last week, the **** platform stopped recognizing my log-in credentials altogether. I filed (several) appeals around June 27 and July 6, 2025, and received an acknowledgment from X on July 8, 2025, but no further response or resolution as of July 13, 2025. I use an alias for privacy, as allowed by Xs rules, with a verified phone number (two-step authentication) and a Gmail tied to my username. The suspension, likely due to my use of a VPN, multiple devices, or travel to ******, prevents access to my paid ******* services, including enhanced Grok access, and blocks my ability to change my username and email. Xs lack of timely response and transparency violates consumer expectations for a paid service. I am a SuperGrok user of **********************'s AI chat service, Grok3. A server sync error occurred with Grok3, and 99% of my conversations are not displayed. I have been contacting xAI since April 17, but the issue is not resolved. I request error recovery (restoration of conversation logs). I don't want a refund.
