    I worked with Opengrowth ********************* (a subsidiary of OpenGrowth LLC, ***) under a contract signed in January 2025 for digital marketing services, including SEO, lead generation, and social media. While the design and content creation for social media met expectations, the core services I was sold on lead generation and SEO did not deliver results aligned with the cost or scope ************ of the biggest concerns was the lack of clarity, transparency, and accountability regarding SEO keyword indexing, which was the basis for upgrading to a more expensive plan. Despite paying for 12 hours per month of lead generation and email automation support, what I received felt superficial at best. Automation sequences were left unclear, and communication often deflected rather than addressed the root issues.I brought my concerns forward professionally, yet was met with emotionally toned responses and shifting narratives that made accountability difficult. The agency insisted all time had been used and over-delivered yet the return on investment, especially for SEO and automation, was minimal.I invested USD ***** in total, expecting strategic support and execution. Instead, I found myself micromanaging the process and having to audit everything myself. While I do appreciate the visual assets and initial effort, the overall experience did not reflect the standards or reliability I would expect from a U.S.-registered entity operating in the digital marketing space.I do not recommend OpenGrowths agency services unless youre prepared to manage the details yourself and accept limited responsibility from their team.
