    I shipped something from **** was guaranteed a delivery date of March 8th (That was the reason I paid $293.15) I could have paid a lower fee for it to take an additional week. I was charged an additional fee of $300 at customs that I was unaware I was going to be charged. My package arrived a week later than guaranteed provided. I want a full refund.

    this shipment was held up by customs we at the *** store don't have any control over delays that happened due to packages being held up at customs we explain multiple times to the customer that this is not our fault

    we even file service guarantee claim with *** and it was denied base on the fact that it was held at customs until fees for that country are paid 

    we told the costumer all that happened and the reason way it was denied she even tried to do a charge back with her credit card company and lost 

    we did every thing the right way we follow all protocols with this package 

    I'm sorry she is ***et but it is out off our control what customs does and what other fees they charge

    *** lost the box I sent to family in *****, ** for Christmas. *** driver was negligent and left box on a public walkway in front of my son's apartment. Apparently it was stolen. *** ruined my family's Christmas. *** should have known it was not a secure place and left a notice for pickup instead of leaving it in an area where anyone could pick it up. This was a 20x20 sized box. I filed a complaint with *** in December, made at least 50 phone calls to *** Customer Service and the ********************** from where the box was shipped. Each time I call I receive a different explanation. The UPS store is telling me it has not received payment for my claim. *** Customer Service says they have completed their investigation for the lost package, received the proper paper work from the store, issued a claim number (see attached), and sent payment to the store. As of today the store says it has no knowledge of payment. I need the two entities to communicate with each other and have payment issued so I can pick it up from the store. I am caught between the UPS Store and *** Customer service. This is unreasonable, unprofessional and taking far too long. Also there is mass confusion with *** Customer Service. I filed two complaints; one claim was already paid and I received the check from the UPS store early February. (This payment was for the DAMAGED BOX sent to *******, **) The pending unpaid complaint is for Tracking No. 1ZV356F60351660380 for a LOST BOX. *** has confused the two tracking numbers. Please have the two *** entities straighten this out and send me what is owed to me. Both the store and customer service acts as if they are not responsible and intentionally gives me the run around and substandard service as if I've done something to cause this issue. Horrible customer service! Thank you.
