      Zero stars. Absolutely horrific. Negligent, late, and much worse. They are used to conducting real estate transactions over martinis at the golf course country club. If you are buying property in a less than desirable area, you are shunned. Completely shunned. I told them not to email documents. But they emailed documents anyways. I don't have a computer. I am facing foreclosure if my first payment is late because of their lack of performance. They forgot to make arrangements with the note processor as promised. After my realtor contacted them yet again, they emailed a boiler plate message instructing me to call the note processor myself and press magic button number 3 to speak with a representative. I had called the note processor earlier and they have never heard of me. Nothing came up after I gave them my name. CV Escrow in LA Quinta are golf course drunkards. Beware these inebriated snobs. Oh, and by the way, I lived in Malibu for 57 years and bought and sold many properties. I have never dealt with such ineptitude. La Quinta CV Escrow is desert trash at its finest. The ******************** area of Wonder Valley is classy. La Quinta is gutter scum. Complete and utter desert scum.
