On June 10th I went to go receive her colon hydrotherapy treatment and during the treatment I expressed discomfort numerous times. After the appointment when I got home to urinate I wiped and there was blood coming from my anal. I used wet wipes to help with the soreness but I just reached out to her to see if these were common side effects. She told me it wasn’t and urged me to go seek treatment and keep her updated. I told her I was going to urgent care but seen a family friend (nurse) and they said that I most likely got a small tear. The nurse asked me if I pushed the poop cause it could just be my fault however I told her I didn’t and showed her how big of a tube she used and how I think it was caused by her instrument. After I reported back SHE said she’d give me a full refund no problem however she is going on vacation and won’t be back until sometime in July. I texted and called her on July 19th but no response so I figured she may be busy so she’ll get back to me. A month goes by and it’s now august so I called again no answer. I called from my friends number and immediate answer. She implied I was being fraudulent about my complications after her service I had and said she is with a client but will call back after. I then texted from my number and she said she will be out of the country until the third week of October and will call me tomorrow. So this is where I am now. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and was very polite even after she said and I quote “oh wow I’ve never heard anyone use this one before.” Please help me I just want my refund and to move on the service was $135 and I wish she wasn’t having me chase her down for it.
