    The office staff records incorrect addresses, doesnt send statements of what is billed, doesnt call to verify billing statements, simply sends all bills to collection and closes accounts as past due. I found out about it because they sent a collection statement to my place of employment?! First I knew about anything! This was a Saturday night so the office was closed for the weekend, I went to the office to try and work it out but the office staff wanted nothing to do with me! Very unprofessional!They admitted to having a wrong address but still wouldnt help me to resolve their own s**** up with a collection agency! All they said is your account was closed as past duefor what? They didnt send me any statement, sent it straight to collectionI was never even made aware I owed them anything. The office supervisor wouldnt even allow me to speak with the doctor to figure out what it was they billed me for! I would like help from the BBB to advocate on my behalf with a medical business that engages in borderline malpractice business policies and lack of empathy towards their patients.

    **************** came into our office with a statement from our collections agency. He was very aggressive with his demand that we "fix this". I tried to explain that we have sent out statements every month since August 23, 2023 (December was the final notice statement) and no statements were returned from the post office to inform us that we had his mailing address wrong. I asked him to call the collection agency to take care of his bill and to leave our office  since he was now yelling and threatening us. He demanded to speak to the doctor, I informed him that the doctor was with a patient and would not be available. **************** became more aggressive at this point, our receptionist offered to verify his mailing address. She read off the employers address in error and **************** got even more angry. I asked him to leave since there was another patient in our waiting room. Dr. ********************** asked us to report this incident to our local police department. 

    We received a phone call from our collection agency - patient was requesting that we remove a missed appointment fee. Fee was removed - agency collected the remaining balance. 

    Account was closed and patient has been dismissed from our practice due to his threatening behavior.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It is untruthful as I never once threatened anyone. Your office never apologized for your own error. It is upsetting that you choose to lie to the Better Business Bureau, as I have a recording of the entire contact. You refused to provide any assistance instead resorting to lies once caught and called out. 
    I have already told all of my friends and family, who will be pulling out of supporting this dental practice. You have lost numerous clients and wont gain any new ones. I hope your lies and malpractice were worth the loss of business. 

    I will await a formal apology from Dr ********************** and the staff in this office if they wish to salvage numerous clients.
