      Black-and-white towing company, employee ***** ****** & fraudulent interested party ***** ***** violated Cal. **** Code 3070 by a predatory illegal lien-sale and towed my car from a legal parking spot on the street near ******************** in *************** during the process of a smog check and testing. Section 3070 - Repossession; obtaining lien by trick, fraud or device; penalty for violation of chapter; improper towing or removal to create lien. Several months Later I called ***** ****** she clarified over the phone the court gave her the jurisdiction to sell my private property which was false because the lien is still on the car. Then she attempted to charge me $6000 for the fees but **************************** & white towing already sued me for $2500 and served it via mail. These people are crooked.

      Towing company harassingly persisting to request money from me for a vehicle the *** confirmed I do not owe money for because it was legally transferred out of my name prior to being towed
