We booked the hotel for October 28-October 31, 2021. It was a girls trip for my daughters and I. We had 1 room with 2 queen **** overlooking the ocean (Room 124). We were appalled at the condition of the hotel but all the hotels in the area were booked so we were forced to continue with our stay here. The hotel smelled musty and our room was no different but that was just the beginning. At night loud fans were plugged in in the hallways to attempt to dry the carpet or somesort of moisture. Our bathtub didnt drain and our toilet was clogged. I Contacted the front desk and was told that there wasnt any housekeeping or plumbers that could help us. The front desk lady brought us a dirty used plunger in a ripped plastic bag and we were told we would have to plunge ourselves. There is no telling what was on that plunger but it was well evident it was used. We didnt have any towels and were told we didnt ask for housekeeping before we arrived so we wouldnt have any? Th balcony area outside our room was full of plastic water bottles and trash. The carpet in our room was damp the entire time as we couldnt take our shoes off. We decided to use the pool and the handicap lift broke in the pool with my daughter in it. The hot tub had a layer of dirt and im not sure it had been cleaned in weeks. The walls of the hotel were molded and literally coming away from the wall. The wallpaper was peeling and coming away. The walls didnt appear to be structurally sound as the windows were nearly falling in. I was told I would receive a full refund and they charged me full cost and then they sent me an email offering points. This hotel is unsafe and very dirty especially during covid time they quality of cleanliness was sub par
