BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. When two employees came to my house to clear the main sewer line, I was nervous about signing the contract a second time, so one employee stood in the doorway and blocked my ability to escape while another employee backed me up against a wall while standing an inch from me so I could not move; threatened me that I better sign the contract; and forced me to sign a contract under protest, which I wrote on the contract, even though I was not given the chance to review the contract or the work they claimed to have done. When I tried to take what I was told was my copy of the contract from the clipboard, the employee, without asking for the contract back, balled up his fists and moved them toward me and I really thought I was going to be hit. The employee then suddenly pulled the clipboard out of my hands so hard that the contract ripped and I lost my balance and had to step back/to the side to stop from falling. It was very terrifying since I was home alone and the two employees were both much bigger than me. It started when I called them to clean out a main sewer line. While there, the employees said I had roots in my main sewer line and I needed to have the main line hydrojetted. (There were no roots in the main line according to another plumber.) The employees kept trying to tell me that I needed things I actually did not need. They said I needed a new toilet that was already relatively new. They said I needed a new drain pipe that would cost $6,000.00 before I asked questions, after which they finally said I did not need a new drain pipe. I had signed the contract for a first time when they told me what needed to be done. Though I did pay them, I told them I did not want to sign the written contract a second time due to the things they said to me. That is when they threatened me and corned me against a wall and forced me to sign the contract under protest. I ended up having to hire another company to do the job. Be careful.
