These are honest and competent people. They brought the equipment needed to clear a tough kitchen clog. They were prompt and cleaned up after the job was done. The price seemed high but I did not comparison shop; it may be just what it costs these days. No hesitation to call in again.

Would have left ZERO stars but was not an option. At the end of February we had the water backing up in our sink and garage from the clean out. We contacted this company to see if they can help us. They sent out one of their guys and he was very polite. He tried to snake it from the clean out and said it was unsuccessful and he recommended using the hydro jet. he stated, that would fix the problem but would be another $550 and he would have to call another guy. The other guy arrived with the hydro jet but said it would not work from the clean out and would have to access it from the roof. This is where i should have just said to forget it and call someone else. First, neither plumber had a ladder on their vans to access the roof, second, they could not locate the vent to enter, I had to show them where it was. 30 minutes into it they said that the line is now clear and everything ifs flowing perfect. The first plumber wrote out our invoice and wrote on it as well as told us that the job was guaranteed for one year. Fast forward 2 months and now there is a septic smell in our kitchen that comes and goes. We contact the gas company first and they confirm that its not a gas leak but smells like a septic issue. I figured that when they cleared the lines, it may have released something in the line and a simple flush would fix the issue. I used our water hose down the clean out in the garage and ran some water. Within a few minutes, my wife began to yell that there was water flooding our kitchen floor. I stop the water and locate the source of the water entering our kitchen. Its coming from under the wall behind our refrigerator. I immediately open the walls in the garage to see what is going on and find the water rising from the plumbing below the clean out. Of course now I have to open the garage floor with a concrete saw and jackhammer to locate the leak. Now with everything exposed the true problem is visible. Looks like the hydro jet cut through the pipe and created a cavity beneath the pipe. The smell was from the stagnant water and mold that was soaking into the dirt. Upon further inspection, I found that the pipe was still clogged and called the plumbers back to clear the line as we have a 1 year warranty. A different plumber shows up and the issue is explained to him and his answer was "We need to use the hydro jet for this. It will be $850" We tell him that we have a 1 year warranty and he becomes upset when we show him the invoice/contract. He kept repeating that he did not do the job before and the only way for him to do it under the warranty was for us to repair the line first. He then called his company dispatch and started to complain to whoever he was talking to that he should have been told it was a warranty job and that he would not make any money on this job. After going back and forth with him to honor his company warranty he used a plumbing snake for about 5 minutes and said that our pipe was broken about 3 feet in and nothing but replacing it would fix it. That would an additional $3500. Clearly at this point we decided not to deal with this man nor his company anymore. we called another company the next day. The new plumber arrived and we gave him the short version of our problem. He was very polite and explained how it should go, step by step. He got out his plumbing snake and started on the clean out from the garage just like the plumber the day before. Only difference is that about an hour later he showed us on his cable camera system that the pipe was not only NOT broken but the damage that was in his opinion, caused by the hydro jet used by the other company. The Pipe was now cleared. He stated and shows us that the build up inside the pipe was the issue with his camera system. In the end, the new plumber shows us the section damaged by the hydro jet and the hole was large. This is where the water was leaking into the ground and causing the smell. The new plumber cleared the line, replaced the damage pipe section and restored or faith in hiring plumbers. Oh, most important part.... $650. total cost. Nowhere close to the $4050. (Initial Hydro jet and to replace a section of the clogged pipe) the first company wanted. Yes they got me for the $550. but they will never get another dollar from me nor my circle.
