    I ordered a R8 ER32 machine collet, from HAAS, on November 26, 2024, and paid $30.76 (including shipping) for it. Order #10*****136. The item was not available at that time. Several weeks ago I got a Email saying the part was now available. I have not heard about shipping my paid for collet to me, I have Emailed them at 2 email address, many phone calls, no response at all. This is a company with branches in at least 2 states and Canada, someone should be able to answer. I am not familiar enough with California to know if they were in the fire area, but Oxnard is the world headquarters I doubt it is the shipping site. Someone should be able to ship me my part.

    On 2/14  I received a message that my part is on the way, and shipped. I wish the company would have been more responsive to calls and Emails, all this would not have been necessary. Conclusion, huge delay from the company and no answers from them resulted in a unnecessary report.
