    - Original order was placed on 12/27/24 for vinyl flooring. I ordered 12 ft x 7 ft. The total was $223.93.
    - The confirmation email says it will ship in 1-3 days, and arrive within 7-10 buisness days.
    - The company ghosted me after texting and emailing to get a tracking number. I reached out probably ten times.
    - They replied after three weeks (on 1/16/24) and I told them to cancel my order. They said they would if it hadn't already shipped, then shipped it out after the fact, instead of being truthful and cancelling my order.
    - The package arrived a month after the original order was placed (on 1/24/24) through UPS, tracking number: 1ZX705X*********33.
    - The flooring I received was 10.5 x 8 ft. (The wrong size)
    - I told the business that and they accused me of cutting it and trying to make them look bad, which of course, I did not do. (This is impossible even- as I ordered a 12x7, so I couldn't have cut it to be longer than 7 feet.)
    - They told me they would not refund me per their policy, but their policy says that "unless they messed something up, they can't give a refund. But obviously, they did mess up and gave me the wrong item.
    - At this point, I really just need my money back. This is all insane.
