    On 7/14/25 our company contacted G***** ****** to provide service to our 2018 Bobcat Skidsteer Model T595.

    Max Dieseltronics charged us $2,052.16 including 10 gallons of diesel fuel for work that was never performed.

    We would like a full refund and would like others to know just how dishonest this company is.

    This is the final diagnostic and troubleshooting on the bobcat skid steer,  model T595 and attachment the details in my email and the video recorder sent by text to Mr. Sam Wear, show the get engine starter have a knocking and white smoke and black smoke after that engine shut off  on the letter recommended need to do may things about the service of 1500 hours. and before I leave to go home, start the skidsteer again and call the customer to advise that the machine is ready to go back to work. and the next day they paid the invoice with a credit card and after an hour said the machine won't start again. Mr.Sam Wear told me we won't pay anything if you have to go and fix under warranty but I need to see what is wrong and perform deep  diagnostic and troubleshooting, and I worked 2 day  for free for 9.75 hours to finish the deep diagnostic and not charge any money.
    Attach all documents on deep diagnosis.
    I am very unhappy with Ms. Denise Wear for not giving me the opportunity to explain the details of the diagnosis and for raising a complaint, but she didn't give me the opportunity. They were very drastic and incomprehensible. Even so, we showed them the conclusion of the diagnostic and gave them many recommendations about what they need to do on the Skid Steer T595.
