    This business is deceitful.
I inquired about used cars, including disclosing poor credit. I also indicated that I was interested in the 2011 Honda CR-Z.
The employees at the business indicated that I should provide a credit application and my information.
Then, after doing so, this business stated that a car is not financially possible. There was no explanation due to credit; rather, the car wasn’t able to be financed.
This information could have been disclosed up front if it were truthful.
Yet the dealer in fact advertises the same auto as finance available.
A reasonable person would be weary of honesty with this business in an industry like car (used) sales that is loaded with dishonesty!
    See photos.

Toyota has bad customer service.I bought a bmw 228i 2016 and 3 weeks later it started having problems. They didn't want to deal with me after receiving a 20,000 dollar check. I'm doing everything in my power to involve lemon law in this situation so they don't do the same they did to me to anymore people. They sold me a lemon and they knew the car had all these problems. Worst experience ever.

I got ripped off as a Senior Citizen when I went to Toyota of Oxnard to shop for a new Toyota.
I found a Toyota Corolla that had a MSRP of $23,005 and thought that was something I could afford.
After being there all day, I was exhausted and finally agreed to buy the car because I just wanted to go home! They sat me down with the finance guy to do the paperwork, but when I looked at the price of car it went from $23,000.00 our agreed on price, to $32,500.00. When I asked how that could be, He told me, “Don’t worry about it, the $7500 added to the price of the car is an “up-charge.”
I did not understand anything he was telling me while he electronically inserted my initials and name onto the paperwork.
When I got home, I looked at the contract again and discovered that they had added on another $4362.41 for an extended warranty, $1300 lifetime oil changes plus gap protection for $1050. Also, they put an 8.99% interest rate on loan. These add-ons were in addition to the $7500 "up charge" - whatever that is!
By the time we were done adding on fees and “upcharges” this $23000 car cost me $41,191.16!
I went to the dealership the next day and told my salesmen that I did not want the car with all the extras but he told me they couldn’t do anything about that, once the contract had been signed.
I asked where my old car was, He told me it had been sent to auction at which time he said, "I'll give you $1000 to forget about your trade." I didn’t know what else to do so I accepted it. Later, found out my trade was worth at least $2700.
I am 73 years old and without a husband to help me. This deal has caused me a lot of pain and frustration. I believe I was taken advantage of by DCH Toyota of Oxnard.
I went back again, to complain to the sales manager and try to get something worked out, but he told me there's nothing that could be done. They just don’t seem to care.

I was pressured into buying a warranty after saying I didn't want it. I was told I had to pay for additional add-ons and over MSRP on a highlander hybrid. I was told that every other dealership was doing this and the coat charge of $1700 was required, non-negotiable. I feel like I was taken advantage of since I am a woman. I will never shop here again.

R***** ******* is the type of person who will keep customers coming back year after year. He was extremely helpful, personable and willing to go the extra mile. In a time where customers service seems to be a thing of the past Robert gives us all hope.
Give this guy a raise or better yet promote him to a supervising trainer for the state of California.

Do not believe the lie that you need to buy a vehicle service contract (VSA) on new vehicles when purchasing a new vehicle. Further, if you need to cancel said service agreement, do not trust DCH to do it for you.
The F&I rep, Johnny, lied and gaslighted us into buying a 10-year premium VSA (only option presented). He said we had to purchase the VSA at the dealership that day or it wouldn’t be an option. He also said it was easy to cancel.
After looking closer at the TFS website later, it was very clear that we could have waited until up to the expiration of the manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty (3 years 36k miles). I confronted Jonny on this over email and he doubled down on the lie saying it was a not the same warranty, but agreed to proceed with the VSA cancelation.
I checked in with him 6 weeks later since I hadn’t seen anything come through on the loan and he said it takes a few months.
Almost six months later (today) I called TFS directly and they said no request of cancellation had been received. They were very helpful in clearing things up and proceeded with the cancellation. They also confirmed my earlier suspicious that VSA contract DON’T have to be purchase at the dealer or at the time of vehicle purchase.
Hoping for a future where everyone moves to the Tesla sales model because dealerships are the worst and this is my worst dealership experience.
I do want to say that it was a great experience until meeting with F&I. There were quite a few people who were incredibly helpful along the way but the final mile ruined everything.
