      Reporting misleading advertising. On Aug 14th my boyfriend and I came down to look at a 2021 Kia Soul with 14,364 miles that we found online advertised for $15928. There was no sticker on the window other than one that indicated it was being sold with a limited warranty. We test drove the vehicle, mentioned that the damage on the windshield directly in the driver's eyeline was concerning and that it pulled to the right. We asked if these could be fixed and were told "probably not but it doesn't hurt to ask". Going back and forth, we asked for a final number as we would be paying cash. We were then told that they would still have to run a credit check even though we were paying cash. (With later research we found out that this is a violation of federal law per Experian). We were then given a price breakdown where they added over $300 for a front end alignment, clear shield for $1,299, perma plate for $1,299 and lojack for $1,299. We were also told they would absolutely not pay for repairing or replacing the windshield. We were told the clear coat and perma plate and lojack were all dealer add ons. This makes absolutely no sense: all 3 cost the same? You will use clear coat and perma plate (which is the EXACT SAME THING) over a chipped paint job but sell it with a cracked windshield? When we said we were walking away from this, they offered to cut some prices down but this all seems untrustworthy and we decided not to do business with Audi Oxnard.

      Deal or no Deal - A great television show but a terrible dealership experience. I had made a deal via email (in writing) on a low mile used 2022 Audi E-tron with Audi Oxnard two weeks ago after making initial contact with General manager S**** ******* followed by negotiation with the Sales manager D***** ******. This car had been on their lot for 107 days and we had a cordial conversation finally coming to an agreement. Everything was great..... Until it was sold out from under me at the last minute. We had agreed on a deal in writing on Thursday evening April 27, 2023 at 5:01 PM and had set up an appointment to pick up the car (approximately 75 minute drive from my home) on Saturday morning @11AM April 29 as I needed a day to set up a plan with my wife and 3 year old daughter to pick it up. This was agreed upon by Damien followed up by some financing and other discussion even though I had financing lined up if needed. Damien emailed a second confirmation on April 28, 2023 at 10:58 AM saying "We will see you on Saturday". Three hours after that email and less than 24 hours before pickup Damien called me to tell me that a customer off the street had walked in and purchased the car. No remorse, no regret. Just, you weren't here in time.... This was clearly not true and highly deceitful as approximately 10 days later this same car, same VIN, same Carfax history showed up at another dealer just south of Sacramento. No customer had just walked in, rather they reneged on their deal straight up, sold it to another dealer and lied to me about it. Now, based on our communications I took it as they were going to have the car ready for me upon the agreed time in less than 2 days. I was never told that it was an agreed price but that there was no guarantee of a deal if they changed their mind or if someone else came in. The message from the sales manager stated "Deal at 64K! ". Had Damien made that disclaimer I could not blame him but that was not the case.

      Worse Dealership ever ! The car I purchase broken down on me now 3 times. The salesman pressure a 23 year old to buy a used Audi for 45k when I told him my budget was 20k, trusted that the car was in my price range then when I already sigh for it, it came out to 40k. They have the worst customer service ever everyone seems super stuck up. They will do not care about the customer at all. Then the manager reach out to be and I got nothing besides a car wash but wait the car washes before are them just throwing water on the car like if the car was free. They put gas in my car but it is now my 6th time going to the service department. The breaks made a horrible noise every time I would stop and the dealership replaced my breaks as a "courtesy to me" like I was suppose to drive with squeaky breaks love that. Such trash for a dealership. The salesman was the worst part he promised my dad a hat and did we get it... not till a week after and it took a lot of begging. Do not go here!
