      I bought a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from DCH Audi if Oxnard on 8/7/23. While going through the purchase process Heather in Finance asked if we wanted an extended warrantee. My wife and I refused several times, but she convinced us to buy the warrantee for an additional $4999.00. Heather told us the warrantee covered everything on the car for 120 months (or 100,000 miles) with no deductible or hassle and is taken by all dealerships across the country and no additional cost to me when the warrantee is used. After about 2 weeks a check engine light showed up on the car. We took it back to DCH Audi of Oxnard on approximately 8/28/23. They stated gas filler neck stuck open, put some lube on it and said was fine. Got the car back on 8/30/23. After a couple of days the check engine light came on again. Took the car to Shaver Jeep Automotive Group on 9/11/23. They told me the real problem with car so I decided to use the new warrantee I bought. I was encountered the following... 1) $100.00 Deductable (suppose to be none) 2) Warrantee only covered a portion of the amount and I had to pay the balance 3) I was told by Shaver these warrantee's are horrible and a scam for unsuspecting buyers. I decided to not use the warrantee at all Paid Shaver $401.87 and called the company to cancel the warrantee. They stated the finance department at DCH Audi needs to cancel the policy. I have left several messages for Heather in finance without a call back. Then asked for the manager (Jay Davis) have left several messages for him without a call back. Then finally was able to get hold of Jay Davis on 11/10/23 who stated that I would get a call from the regional manager in a couple of days. Still no call back. I am really disappointed in DCH Audi and all I want is my money refunded. If they told me the truth, I never would have gotten it. I was lied to, duped and cheated into getting this warrantee. Requesting $4999.00 for warrantee + $401.87 for repairs.

      On July 14, 2023 I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from Audi of Oxnard. Since I was living in San Ramon CA at the time I relied on a Carfax report, verbal statements of the condition of the vehicle and a 60 day Warranty given to me by the sales manager S****** ********** and sales person **** ? Both the sales manager and salesman were asked about the condition of the car. Both stated that the car was in excellent condition and only had minor rock chips in the paint. When I received delivery of the car I found 3 areas on the hood that had paint damage. I went to a detail shop (attached ) to see if they could polish out the damage. They could not repair the damage and stated it was bird droppings that has etched through the paint and the only repair was to repaint the hood. I obtained an estimate (attached) from a repair shop. I checked the photos supplied by Audi of Oxnard (attached) and saw the damage to paint on the hood was there before I took delivery of the vehicle. The sales manager and salesman did not disclose this damage to me before they sold me the car. I seek the cost of repair and the cost of trying to correct the damage from the dealership.

      I've recently purchased a vehicle from the Audi Car Dealer in Oxnard. when inspecting the vehicle I did noticed a small button missing in the rear interior section and mentioned to the salesman who said not to worry about it that they would fix it for my if I buy the vehicle. I took the vehicle for them to take a look at it and now they are telling me since the vehicle is working normal they are not obligated to fix it. the vehicle has full warranty and they are refusing to fix or replace the part missing.

      I purchased a car from DCH Audi Oxnard on April 27, 2022. At the time of signing I purchased the Audi Car Service Program for $1900 that was sold to me by M*** ********, Sales Manager. The following day I decided to cancel the program due to checking that the cost for this with other dealers is only $1399. I went in person to talk with **** and she said that the program could not be canceled as the paper work was already submitted. I had to point out to her that according to the papers she gave me it can be canceled with no proration as long as I hadn't used it. **** said that she would have to look into it because she didn't know how to cancel it. After numerous calls to **** to ask for a copy of the cancellation papers that she had stated that she emailed to me and which I had never received; I made arrangements with **** to pick up the copies from my salesperson, Nikko Weisfuss. When I went in the next day **** was out sick and she had not left the cancellation papers with Nikko. I requested that Nikko ask **** to call me. **** has never returned any of my numerous calls to this date. I went back to the dealership to speak to **** in person and she said there were too many papers regarding the cancellation to give me copies, but that I would receive a check from Audi in about 6 weeks. I did receive a check dated June 9th from Audi for only $1399. I immediately went into ****'s office again to show her the check that I had received that was short $501. She took a copy of it and said that she will request the additional refund of $501. To this date I have not received the additional $501 due me. I have also spoken with Ash, Sales Manager regarding this problem and he was to speak to ****. Neither one has called me. I have also left messages for the General Manager, S**** *******, to call me several times over the last 2 weeks. I am now requesting that Better Business Bureau look into the unscrupulous business practices of this dealership. It was been almost 4 months that I have been trying to resolve this.

      I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper JCW (VIN ending in *****0) from DCH Audi of Oxnard in January of 2022. they assured me that the registration was being handled and I should receive it in a few weeks. it is now 3 months from the time I purchased the vehicle and I still have no gotten any information regarding the registration or the title. The bank I financed the car though, USAA, is sending me letters in the mail stating that they have not received the title either. Every attempt I have made to contact them results in me being transferred to a dead line or no answer. I have paid out of pocket for a 30 day temporary tag for the car and when that expired I had to pay out of pocket for a 90 day registration. Once the 90 expires I will have no other option and will not even be able to drive the car and at that point I will be force to take legal action to resolve the issue. I can accept 3 resolutions to this issue: 1) the dealership follows through and gets my registration done while updating me each step of the way. 2) the dealership refunds me the $3000 in fees for Tax, title and registration as well as gives me the title to my car so that I can handle it myself. 3) they come pick up the car, refund me for my expenses and void the purchase.

      Agreed to a price to purchase a Model X with R**** the salesman and M**** the sales manager, all parties committed to the purchase via oral agreement, and I proceeded to put a hold on the vehicle until the next morning with a $1,000 deposit. R**** took my credit card information and I signed the credit card authorization form. Shortly after I authorized the deposit to hold the vehicle, R**** called me back advising that his manager found someone else that was offering more for the vehicle and they were backing out of the deal. In addition, this company engages in bait and switch marketing that include mandatory accessory junk fees in their contracts upwards of $3,000 or more. I'm asking a better business bureau to reach out to this business and ask them to uphold the terms of our agreement.

      The dealership listed a used vehicle for $19,495 and when I offered that amount for the purchase they added on 3 additional fees they called "accessories" and refused to remove the charges from the total price. Nowhere on the website does it state that "accessory fees" are required, these are optional and should be removed when I decline those options. The dealership refuses to remove the fees and the general manager was unreceptive when I called for an explanation.

      I purchased an Audi Pure Protection gap insurance policy upon purchase of my vehicle in Feb 2020 from DCH Audi of Oxnard. I refinanced my vehicle in Feb 2021 and purchased a lower cost gap insurance plan through my credit union. I subsequently canceled my Audi Pure Protection GAP insurance plan and received confirmation on March 1, 2021 my Audi PP GAP policy had been canceled and my dealership would issue a refund of $777.96. I have reached out to DCH Audi of Oxnard multiple times via phone and email and there has been no action from the dealership to refund the balance due to me. Audi Pure Protection cancelation department has confirmed they have issued funds for my canceled policy to DCH Audi of Oxnard to refund me but the dealership has not reimbursed me, and will not return calls or emails.
