            Peak residential set an open house, and emailed to me the confirmation of the time of the showing. I took time off work and drove there. No one was there and I waited an extra 20 minutes. When I called to see when we could reschedule they said maybe next week. The property is available for move in now. I left several messages for the property manager and the scheduling supervisor. Two days later no returned phone call back. I had applied for this home, paid an application fee, and have had no return phone calls and no contact, in addition the no-show appointment that I had for an open house at 2:40 PM on December 19. I feel the treatment has been unethical and they took my money without delivering on anything and having any sort of follow up with me.

            Had to sign and pay before even seeing the place. When I was finally able to see it, it was disgustingly dirty. They said it would be cleaned before move in day, it wasn't. Upon move in, the dishwasher, dryer, and washer were all broken. The blinds on the sliding glass door were destroyed, and the closet bar was missing. Sent a message and all they fixed was the dishwasher. The washer/dryer was hauled away. And upon move out, they charged ME for the broken blinds that were never fixed and the missing closet bar. I hated dealing with this company, totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.
