    Purchased solar system from Solar 360 about 4 years ago. In October 2024, was having issues with two panels, they sent a tech out, and never returned to replace the faulty parts. I called and emailed numerous times, with no success, I had to pay another company to come out and fix my issues with the system. It should have cost me nothing, since I am still under warranty. As of this post, I still have not heard from Solar 360

    There is no customer service after panels have been installed. There is literally no phone number or email address to contact customer service and we have repeatedly tried to communicate with someone to get information about our panels and nobody responds. They just sell the panels and then abandon the customers

    Solar-360 did not pay the supplier (****************************************** known as ********************), causing them to attach a mechanics lien to my home. Solar-360 did not perform the last step to complete the project by installing meter collar from *** (power company) and completing a form to request permission to operate the solar system. They did not provide me with any final inspection pass certificate. Solar-360 never provided any paid receipts even though I requested all of them. I have been contacting Solar-360 for months and received very little and unsure response: I was told by their CFO ***** Pattinson that they will be taking care of the lien placed against my property and get me a lien release letter in January, which has never come. And no more answer from them ever since. I drove down to their office and NO ONE was there. All I want is the lien ($27,787.01) gets paid off and removed from my property and get the solar project finished.

    Solar 360 was paid in full for panel and battery installation in my home.

    They took full payment after conpletion of the project minus a car charger that was on back order.

    They then did not pay the supplier and have not installed the car charger on my home. I am now being sued by the supplier, and am being ghosted by the company along with the supplier trying to get information from them. They were paid in full, pay the supplier. And finish the job.

    Additional info: there are apparently about 20 homes that are being impacted by this in Southern California.

    We currently have a lien on our property and are being sued by the manufacturer ************* ********** ************ *** * of the solar panels due to Solar 360 not paying for the equipment. We are being sued for $12487.03 due to Solar 360's non-payment.
    We hired Solar 360 to install solar panels, a subpanel in our garage, a Tesla Charger and Powerwall.
    Date was July 16, 2024.
    Amount paid was $23,800.
    At this point all hardware has been put in place but nothing has been hooked up to our electrical system so solar panels are not generating electricity for out house nor is any electricity being stored.
    They have not tried to resolve the problem. We have called over 10 times since September but the company does not answer their phone or return messages. We have emailed 4 times but the company has not response.

    They installed my solar panels 9 years ago. I recently found out that a component had stopped working. They ordered the replacement part which was delivered to them on 1/22 and is under warranty, but they are not responding to my calls and emails to schedule the repair. I suspect it is a financial issue on their part that they are stalling because they won't make $ off of a repair. Every day that goes by is another day that my system does not produce electricity and there is no offset to my electric bill.

    We had a roof and solar job completed in September/October of last year. We paid in full on the timeline requested and had no issues until we were contacted about a mechanics lien from the subcontractor the solar panels were purchased from. They have not been paid and as a result are pursuing a lien on my property. We received a summons on 12/26 and I have called Solar 360 nearly every day and have never received a call back. I need the lien release immediately.

    They completed a job in October, we paid them 60k. We are being sued by the company that they purchased solar panels from for just under 14k, as they have not been paid. I’ve called, visited the office, and e-mailed but received no response. This is a huge deal and they have made zero attempts to diiscuss this with us. They responded to a previous complaint here, but the lawyer representing the supplier said to his knowledge his client had not been contacted.

    o THIS COMPANY DID NOT GET PERMITS FOR THE JOB OR HAVE PROPER INSPECTIONS DONE!! The whole roof needs to be redone with appropriate inspections.
    o The lead roofer did not supervise or inspect the work.
    o I have asked several times if they are abandoning the job. No response.

    o Many installed gray tiles SPRAY PAINTED DARK RUST/BROWN COLOR!!!! in an attempt to match the current light rust/tan tile color, but are totally mismatched. There are dark areas of tile all over the roof where grey tiles were spraypainted brown/dark rust color.
    o Mismatched grey flat tiles and cap tiles were installed on my roof.
    o Metal flashing on top of old drip edges that leave open point for water to seep in. Also, these flashings are visible and do not match the color of the tile or trim around the house.
    o Vents and newly installed metal flashings are partially and poorly painted, with silver metal showing and the paint is very uneven.
    o Tiles are not laid flat in an area I can visually see from standing in my front yard. I can see the nails used to attach the paper underneath the tile and I can see exposed wood! This will open my home up to leaks and termite damage.
    o There are areas where the roof meets walls where the tiles were not installed all the way to the walls, with large gaps for debris to collect in and compromise the roof and walls.
    o I can see broken and damaged tiles all over my roof that should have been replaced. There are many cracked or chipped tiles put back on my roof.
    o Nails, roofing materials and debris have been left in gutters.
    o I can see exposed openings on the roof at joining parts.

    o During the first day of construction, rain water came through an area left exposed on my roof and stained/damaged the ceiling in my upstairs master bedroom.

    Despite completing payment over two to three months ago Solar 360 has still yet to complete the NEM application for me, which is outlined in our signed contract that they would, and they have not sent me the Unconditional lien release form. Communication with the company has been almost nonexistent. Since the contract with the solar company states that they will complete the NEM application, but they have not done so or responded to my emails for help with it, it is breaching their contract. Also, I have had to contact Greentech myself multiple times to get information about the lien status and to see if Solar 360 has made payment to them. I am seeking immediate resolution to these issues, including confirmation of the lien status, submission of the NEM application.

    I need Solar 360 to give me an update on the status of my Solar install which is incomplete and non-operating. I should be waiting for SCE to issue a PTO but I'm concerned that the installer has yet to request that from *** and therefore I'm stuck in limbo despite having fully paid for the system. I've heard nothing in over two weeks. I would like the installer to reach out to me to clarify the situation and confirm that I'm simply waiting on the utility.
