Team Property management *** is unwilling to repair these horrific pot holes. Our complex pays them a substantial amount of money, yet they refuse to make any repairs. The majority of people in this complex are not tech savvy, yet the *** insists on holding meetings through zoom calls. Therefore the people of this community can not effectively voice their concerns to the *** and board members. Some of us members of this complex are taking matters into our own hands by spending more money out of our pockets to cover most of these potholes. The potholes cause major vehicle suspension problems, but have also gave a few residents flat tires.

Hello, I live in Newhope Gardens. I bought the condo back in around 2015. The building is quite old and has never been taken care of. I renovated the inside to make it livable. So 3 years ago, the board and The Team Property Management decided to have a makeover. They hired Crocodile Coast to paint and remove old wood, fence and such. In August of this year, we will finish the assessment of 200 dollars, for 41 units, the *** company will collect from all 41 owners the amount of $********Not only 200 we pay for the assessment, but we are also paying 375 monthly for trash, water, and insurance and put some in reserves. To this day, we don't know how much is in reserves. This month (May), they sent out another letter to increase the hoa fee or another assessment who knows how much, the letter didn't specify. The increase will start in June.I have seen in the past year, they didn't fix anything the owners have asked, besides the gate and adding security cameras. The wife is on board and the husband is our gardener. To add matters worse, he fixed the stairs for cheap, we paid of course and someone fell and sue *** This was back around 5-8 years ago. They didn't use the master insurance to pay that person but used our hard earned money. Due to the fact that he didn't have a license. The wife doesn't speak English and been on board for many years. So imagine how much money we have paid to them. We are fighting, but we have no proof. Monday will be the election, hopefully, to get more honest people on board. The reason I'm writing this to you, because I'm pretty frustrated. By the end of August, they will collect about 300k round up. Why are they paying the Crocodile a monthly payment plan? That shows to you, they took our money somewhere or else why would they pay them on a monthly basis? Crodile is currently not working until they get paid. WE have 6 buildings. they finished 3 buidlings and left 1 more unfinished for the longest time and still have 2 more to go. They just came back 2 weeks ago. Their job is to paint, and remove old fences. We don't think the job takes ******* to do. We need to know how much they already paid to contractor and throughout the years, how much did they collect for the reserves. I hope after reading this, can someone please look into this. We are frustrated, I talked to a lawyer and he said if there's no proof he can't do anything. On top of that, they want us to pay 36, 000 for the fire hydrants. I hope to hear from you soon.Thank you
