      Zero rating ! We were scammed by Do It Right Plumbers and misled, overcharged and lied to by ****. They are not a reputable company. They Refused to get a permit when I asked for one and said it was not needed. Contractor also has refused to meet the inspector on 9/22/25 or 9/23/25 to go over a job completed in Aug 14, 2025. We are not happy with the job.

      Were very sorry to hear that Mrs. ****** feels unhappy with her experience. From the beginning, our team went above and beyond to make sure she felt supported. We explained the options for copper and PEX, and she signed off on moving forward with PEX; she was never misled but handled with care. Later, at her nieces request, we even provided a copper estimate showing it would have been much more expensive, as she was not overcharged.Over the course of this project, our manager personally went out to the property, we made more than a dozen site visits, and our office engaged in nearly 30 recorded phone calls including ones lasting over 30 minutes. We exchanged close to 20 emails and provided 42 photos and videos, both to Mrs. ****** directly and to her insurance company...over eight separate times. When emails werent showing up, we walked her step by step through checking her spam folder.Each time one concern was addressed, new ones were raised about materials, invoices, photos, inspections, and permits - and they were responded to timely and with ****** To clarify: Do It Right Plumbers has never refused to pull a permit or to meet with a licensed inspector. Any legitimate inspection request must be coordinated directly through the countys building department, and any licensed inspector will contact our office directly if our presence is required. We did not receive such a request from the county.While we regret that Mrs. ****** remains dissatisfied, it is important to note that concerns over the quality of workmanship have never been raised; this job was completed August 14th, 2025. We are confident the project was completed as authorized and that our team demonstrated integrity, patience, and professionalism throughout. We have proudly served the community for over 10 years and are family owned. Our customers mean everything to us. We sincerely wish Mrs. ****** well moving forward.
