              The only access to address my concern was using their customer service e-mail address. After buying access to their service, I had a login page for my account. There is no phone number, no e-mail address there to address issues with their service. However in all honesty I did finally find it tonight through ****** serch but didn't expect to have to go this far as I was a customer of the company. I have tried to cancel my service with them for over 4 months and just today disputed my transaction from them with my bank.If you would like bank sttements, I am happy to provide them as you would see that they dodn't even included their phone number on the transactions they make with my bank.

              CalSurance is not new agent friendly!! They do not care that we spends 1,000s on our own business and get nothing in return. They just want your money. This is nothing more than a subscription for them. You are not a person, you are a check for them. Change the narrative. People are starting to catch on. And get *********************** out of customer service. Hes a sassy queen that doesnt give a c*** about customers.

              I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received from ******************. We strive for customer satisfaction and that is why she escalated the issue to her supervisor who waived the fee. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

              This response shows how much you know your employees. ****************** is a guy and he told me that the fee could not be waived at all! A month later, after I found coverage elsewhere, I was told the fee was waived. I have the emails. You can try to save face all you want.
