      Dentist at ************ Western Dental did not honor coupon for free x rays and exam for first visit. Said the website needs to be updated. Website states coupon fior first time visit includes free x rays and exams for no insurance first time patients!!!! Go to Risas Dental only $10 for x rays and first visit.

      ????????????PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR CHILDREN HERE????????????????????Unsafe, Traumatizing, and Unacceptable I brought my 6-year-old in for a routine cleaning. We waited 40+ minutes with no apology. The exam room was hot, shared with two other kids, and one child was treated alone without a parent present. The X-ray tech couldnt confirm if the X-rays were digital.The dentist said my son needed 7 fillings and 4 baby root canalswithout showing me the X-rays or offering safer options. When I asked about materials, he vaguely said crowns, then claimed the *** wouldnt approve anything unsafea misleading and dismissive response.I was told they restrain children using old school methods, and when I questioned it, a staff member said, Its in the paperworkin English, the language you requested. Absolutely *************** mention of Silver Diamine Fluoride, BPA-free options, or monitoring. Just aggressive treatment with no empathy. Ill be filing with the dental board. Parents: do not take your child here.

      This admin side of this office is a joke. My very first appointment I was waiting for over an hour to see the doctor because they had me down under a different appt time than I was told over the phone when I booked it. They also had my name and birthdate wrong in their system.I also got a temporary crown done at my second appointment in May and still haven't gotten the permanent crown put in. I had an appointment set in June where I was told they would replace my crown and do some fillings. No one told me that my crown never came in, so the appointment was spent waiting for the dentist to see if they could figure out where my crown was and when it would arrive and also not getting any fillings done because of a chart mixup that meant they didn't know I needed fillings at that appointment.They booked me for a new appointment a month later in July where I was told they would do all my fillings and replace my crown since it should be in by then. I just called to confirm these details (my appt is for Friday) and was told they don't know if my crown is available and that they wouldn't have time to do the crown at my appointment and also wouldn't be able to do all my fillings. I specifically requested to have an appt for all my fillings and my crown and was told that's what this appt was for when I booked it.After calling them over and over about the status of my crown, they finally told me there was an error with the lab and they would have to redo my impression to make a NEW crown. No apologies for this error or any of their other mistakes. This place is the most unprofessional and least organized business Ive ever seen. Ive been 2 year olds who are better organized than the staff here. They should be shut down.If you care about getting prompt and reliable care for your teeth, don't go here.

      Zero stars. GREEDY IN MY OPINION. I was led to believe that my insurance would cover the complete process. Now I have to wait until January of the next year to acquire enough insurance to complete the process. I am without front teeth, 2 from July to January. Partial braces are not even covered at this point. I do not have the money. They are grossly deceptive to reel you in to acquire the work. They force you to sign a document stating, lawsuits are done through arbitration. A friend of mine's front teeth are ruined because of an incomplete job done wrong. They refuse to cover their own work. ONLY CROOKS ACT LIKE THIS. WHAT DO YOU THINK, HONEST OR DISHONEST? I'LL LET YOU DECIDE

      If there was something less than zero stars, thats what I would give the ************** Theyre f****** rude. They schedule you for an appointment you get there on time they dont see you they reschedule. Dont see you again. Then when you do get in, they take an hour and a half to see you and then their system breaks down and they said that they would call me the next day and they never have and spend a week now this place is the worst.

      Western Dental has no respect for time. I was in for a cleaning, got an x-ray, and nearly two hours later left without the cleaning because of how overbooked they had become. This is despite showing up on time for my appointment at the very beginning of the day.This is a process and policy problem. No one should have to wait for two hours for a simple cleaning, especially if that wait is because the office started accepting more and more people only to book and overbook over other existing appointments.

      Western Dental should not be open to the public. I REPEAT, Western Dental should not be open to the public! It's been a living nightmare since I've decided to get Dental work done from the *******, ************** location. They do not care about your wellbeing. They try to force you to believe the mistakes they make are okay. Or, try to say the patient is at fault. They do not do honest work. I've suffered enough to file a complaint and also file a lawsuit against them. They do not listen to your needs. They rarely answer the phones and take a long time to return calls. Most of my time is spent at Western Dental because they can't get my dental work corrected. They make mistakes then blame it on the patient. Never apologize. Tell me one thing when it's another. Canceled appointments or wrong times scheduled. Like I said "A living nightmare." No one should be treated the way I've been treated. Going to Western Dental for help was the worst decision I've made in a long time.

      Do your research! This Company engages in sharp practices too ugly to completely put into words. They have Brident Dental as one of their clinics in their network. They billed myself and wife for cleaning and Treatment. Insurance rejected one of their claims asking for more documentation to support the claim, rather than provide the Insurance what they need, they turn on us to pay the claim not honored by the Insurance. They simply refused to provide Insurance any more documentation for reasons best known to them. Wrong!

      Very disorganized, incompetent, and negligent dental office. Waited 2 hours to be seen for first appointment. Dentist said I had receding gums and needed to see periodontal specialist. Never received referral almost a year later, I even followed up with office staff 3 more times with promises to send referral to email but never received anything. Scheduled another cleaning appointment a little less than a year later and confirmed this was for cleaning with office staff. Waited 2 hours again and dentist performed ************************************************************** 3 months when they have availability. Had I been informed of this I would have just switched dental providers. Asked about refer all I never received and they said there is no documentation of any need for referral. Mind you the same dentist who saw me almost a year prior said the same thing as before that there were receding gums needing periodontal specialist and grafting.

      If I could give them negative stars I would. They have double billed, what was supposed to be $2732 they changed to $3052 instead of the $300 difference in treatment plan. Thry charged both $2732 and $3052 The manager continues to go round and round without admitting her error. My father in law is so upset he now refuses to finish his treatment plan because of this his blood pressure is dangerously high. He is 87 on a fixed income which was explained in the beginning. The manager just keeps talking in circles saying she will have to have his account audited to see if he was overcharged. Now they use Synology which is basically a credit company so they have been paid and were probably going to have to get a lawyer involved.
